Everything. The host Sergio was gracious and met us upon arrival. He guided us to the parking spot, showed us the key attractions, and recommended us a fantastic restaurant. Even it is one bedroom apt, it feels like two. The living room has its own door for privacy. Both rooms has its own AC. Free parking plus an easy walk to the city make it an excellent stay.
Since the host showed us how to enter via garage, make sure to take a pic of the apartment while exiting so you will find it again.

We carefully chose apartments for our stay in Toledo and made the right choice. This apartment exceeded our expectations.
Very friendly and hospitable hosts. We are grateful to Eva and Sergio for their attention and care.They met us at the entrance and gave us all the information we needed, and also provided us a plan with recommended places to visit in Toledo.
The appartment have en excellent and convenient location within walking distance to the Old Town.
The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. The apartment has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay like at home and even more than we could expect.
There is also underground parking, which is very convenient for tourists traveling by car. There is an elevator that operates from the parking lot to the apartments.
Nearby there are restaurants where you can eat delicious food. Grocery supermarket 100 meters from the apartments.
We recommend this apartment to all tourists for a comfortable stay in Toledo and believe that you will not regret following our recommendation.

A very well equipped modern apartment runned by professional and fantastic hosts
The views from the windows of the apartment were poor as the apartment is surrounded by high walls from other apartmentblocks.

the person I met was very nice a spoke non stop for about 2 hours. he was also very nice as I was just here to sleep and make a plane to get the hell out of (central) Spain and go to Germany (more modern like USA/England/Sweden etc). The guests were very kind and also booked me a taxi for 12:15 noon. The guests were very communicative.
The kitchen is most fully equipped, I tried to minimize my usage to microwave, and heating my water. Anyone who stays here a 3-7 days will be happy with full kitchen and little balcony ( I did not bother using) mine was sleep and go!
the bed was good, though the room felt cold.
the floors were cold so I wore socks. I did not get any hot water throughout the nite and for shower. after letting them know for approx 2 minutes and 30 seconds I got hot water and that my shower was shorter.
Note to all vegetarians (vegan, etc, etc) travelers :bring your own food if traveling to Toledo and Cordoba will be very bad for you or don’t go!
I had to compromise and got a local falafel guy near by to make up something for me for the night and breakfast (pure calorie survival , luckily I had my nutritional powder to make for protein , minerals. etc)

This is an exceptional apartment that exceeds our expectations. Many thanks to the hosts who are so lovely people, who explained to us every detail. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Toledo.
The location is also very nice - 20 minutes from the old centre.
The parking space is big enough for an SUV.

Everything was fine, apartment very clean and comfy, terrace, garage with direct access via elevator was a great deal, location within walking distance to center ( 20 min). The owner, Sergio, did everything to help. Thank you.
