El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario. Ubicación tranquila y con fácil aparcamiento. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Most modern and well equiped apartment ever stayed in at this price range. Induction hobs, krups coffee, quality appliances. Non-touristy tidy area of town. Excellent mountain view from the little balcony.

Gets rather warm from the sun in the afternoon but there are a couple of fans

Comfortable and clean apartment, a walk away from the city centre of Agaete. From the balcony, we had a great view on the valley. Easy to do hikes from there. Small supermarket almost next to the apartment.

We could hear noice from the neighbours, because the building is not that good isolated. Although, nothing too bad.

Very quiet, no noisy neigbours or noisy bars close by. Always managed to get parking. Walking distance to Maipes Parque Arqueologico and easy access to Agaete valley for good hiking. Very clean and nice well maintained building. Laundry room on roof but worked well, it is not shared and can leave clothes there to dry. Newly refurbished, everything worked well and very spacious. Good roads all the way to the airport, approx 40 minute drive, 20 minutes to Las Palmas. Small food store walking distance and an easy drive to a HiperDino.

There is no A/C, but there are fans, it was exceptionally hot (25 to 30 degrees) the week we were there but we managed ok, slept well every night. Be careful when leaving the apartment, make sure you have the keys, we made the mistake of shutting the door with the keys inside and it can't be opened without the key even though it was not locked (Toni and Roberto were brilliant in coming to our rescue to get us back in).
