Owner was friendly, however she lied to us saying she is going to return us money because we resigned from staying there.

Room was not as in description. Bed was tiny, room was full of private stuff from the owner. We decided not to stay so we asked the owner if it is ok for us to cancel the booking and get our money back. We were advised to do it via booking.com and informed our money will not be charged. We did as requested, got information from booking that they are going to request the owner to get our money back, it was supposed to take 48h, however few weeks later we still have no refund. I did contact booking.com several times to resolve it, but so far no success Based on the fact that we were lied to by the owner we rate it low, however she seemd to be very friendly in the beginning. She informed us that if we leave we will have problems finding a place to stay, but 10-15 min drive from her we found a nice hotel that was only little bit more expensive but offered specious room with huge bed, private bathroom and good quality.
