This property is down right charming!! Located in the heart of Kanab, with a deck that’s perfect for a warm morning drink. Very clean and comfortable. And I love that they are pet friendly!

I wish I had known about the stairs, my dog has really bad anxiety and getting her up and down the stairs was a lot. I had to carry her most the time and she weighs about 100lbs. I would recommend adding the stairs onto at least google photos so future guests are aware.

you can hear every noise through the paper-thin walls. it was chilly in early November, and the only source of heat was the air conditioning, which had to run non stop to keep the place warm.

this is a cute and comfortable place centrally located if you are in Kenab area r exploring the National Parks or the beautiful southern Utah area. it was great to come back here after a long day of hiking in Zion or any of the BLM areas near here. The owners were always prompt answering messages and were more than accommodating. we will be staying here in the future for sure:

The host provided exceptional service. We had some discrepancy with the booking of the rooms but Dan and his wife were so accommodating that we made the whole stay work. The location was right by the main street and very close to shops and cafes. We were able to park right in front (street parking) of where we stayed. The room where my family and I stayed was very clean and updated. Entry to the establishment and room was convenient (digital key).

The discrepancy in the booking of rooms through booking.com. Booked two rooms but we all ended up staying in one room since time was not on our side to rebook (but the owner still accommodated us). We did not want to explore other places at night and drive somewhere for fear that we couldn't park our cars in front of the establishment since there was no designated parking (but it still worked out).
