The facility is located right on the beach. Access to the beach and local taxi boats was easy because of the location.

I disliked our experience and stay. We were welcomed by mosquito bites right in the lobby while waiting to be serviced. The guest attendant said it was “their” mosquito seasons. If that means anything why did our room not get sprayed with repellants or have some cautionary measures in place. The room was in a deplorable state especially the bathroom. The drain was so slow that we took showers with 2 feet of still scum water. My daughter found cobweb and hair all over the place. The kitchenette was archaic with mismatched cups, a tea kettle and no tea cups. The Bed linens nor towels matched. The TV did not work. No remote. No irons in the room. No toiletries provided except for a 2” by 1” bar soap. The wifi was intermittent. Water stopped running so Mr Moore ran to turn on the reservoir. The mattress sheets were itchy. In short, the ministry of tourism needs to open an investigation on this facility and its operations. The advertised rooms and amenities are significantly different with a huge degree of separation. For instance, i made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children, which sums up to a total of 4 persons. During check in, I was charged $40 per child per night for children under the age of 10. A total of $80 per night for a tortuous 3 nights with no entertainment, bug infestation and poor water drainage. We saw a trail of ants in the room. We could not wait to check out. On one third party website, the facility advertised access to ice maker, restaurant and bar. Meanwhile there was no ice machine and their restaurant and bar was shut down. I should have known better about this place when I noticed that the hotel was popping up with different names on different websites in attempt to either deceive people or divert away from their bad reviews. If someone books this facility for you for free, run so that you don’t get scared about visiting this city again. Myself and my children are still trying to heal from the 12+ bug bites 5 days after our stay.

The location was perfect and the personal was nice.

The booking announcement was wrong. The name of the place does not appear. It is not Villa. It is Ayurveda Hotel. The GPS sent us 5 km away, and not having the name, it was almost impossible to find it. The phone of booking directed to California. The room didn't have internet access, nor hot water. We complained and water became warm. When the AC started leaking, we were moved to another room, which was better and had internet. There was no hot water either, but we didn't complain and just had cold showers the three days.

Perfect location for event that I attended. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable and pillows were great! Being right on the beach was a plus too! Really enjoyed my stay.
