everything very close ,train station high street and beach very near , bus station 10 min walk through the High St. the flat was modern comfortable and extremly clean, kitchen abf vathroom excellent lots of space to move around in

I stayed here 6 days ….outside was a tad tacky and parking spaces were locked!! no wardrobes or cupboards just a small bedside table note it would be lovely to have a full length mirror or a wardrobe with mirror

It was newly refurbished, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed to use worked OK. The appliances were all new as far as we could tell.

This is a building of 12 flats above a disused office. The premises are accessed by a security buzzer system. The outer security door was wide open almost every time we approached it, so it stays open too long. The location is a very run down area and there is sea gull mess on every surface. Despite the advert, there is no free parking available. The parking is for 3 or 4 vehicles (for 12 flats) but there are signs everywhere saying the parking is reserved for someone else with threats of £100 fines etc. The nearest car park is in Bon Marche, which is only c100 metres behind the property. It was full once, but we eventually found a space. You cannot stop outside the front of the property as it is on double yellow lines on a three lane carriageway. There is only one mirror in the whole flat in the bathroom. The one bedroom has no windows. At the time of booking, this property was listed as being in Mettingham, but it is actually 15 miles away on the sea front in Lowestoft overlooking the dock.
