Good location, spacious, furnished with everything necessary and a great view from the crows nest.

I loved the house over all

I didn't like that I couldn't fill the bathtub in the bathroom. Ran out of hot water half way.

Great location and spacious for our family of 5. House was clean and organized. Family loved the outside porch and deck very much! Hot tub is also a plus! 

The outside steps leading up to the fourth floor, were a little unsteady, and there was one loose support beam under the staircase at the fourth floor deck. Some of the furniture needs updating - inside chairs and couch. The backs to the kitchen chairs were somewhat loose and rather old. 

Comfortable. Loved the very top floor with view.

Hard walk to the beach. Need shower upstairs. Windows were not locked and someone would have no trouble breaking in. No instructions given as to how to work the electronic lock.
