The property was amazing. We were met by our hosts and immediately on our arrival, showed around the property and amenities. The property itself was super clean and was very comfortable - it had everything we were looking for ! We had 2 kids (aged 6 and 2) and they both very much liked the property in terms of entertainment - Netflix, games, puzzles etc. The location was perfect, we rented bikes (which got delivered to the property) for 2 days and visited Kuekenhof (20mts bike ride) and also one of the days we explored the entire flower route. Perfect location, property and hosts :)

A beautiful ground-floor apartment adjacent to the owners' house in the heart of the bulb fields. Convenient for the bus stop with regular services to Leiden, Lisse for visiting Keukenhof, and the nearest station at Hillegom,. It's worth the walk by the canals and through the bulb fields to eat pancakes at Langs Berg en Dal - the staff were very friendly and helpful, and, unlike at Keukenhof, I had a good choice of gluten-free food.

The weather wasn't at it's best, but there was nothing anyone could do about that! I would have liked a microwave in the kitchen. NOT a dislike, just a point to note if you're using public transport - get some shopping on your way (as we did) - the nearest shops and restaurants are a short bus ride or quite a long walk away.

This appartment is really lovely. The location is fantastic, in a quiet street but close to the main roads, bike paths, shops etc - I wish we had stayed longer and been able to explore. The appartment itself is a great size, decorated beautifully, clean and with everything you need (comfy beds, good equipment, patio area, parking, coffee machine, washing machine, great shower...). The hosts Heleen and Willem were really friendly and helpful, checking we had what we needed. I'd recommend and we'd definitly stay again if we're near by,

Host is asking to remove bed sheets. Never been asked this anywhere around the world. It feels like you pay for the stay but you have to participate on the cleaning process ????
