We loved this place!! Great location, huge for entire family, lots of bathrooms, TVs and room for sitting. The pool was so pretty lit up at night! Very spacious as detailed in the description. Our crying infant could not be heard from other rooms, so we did not feel guilty waking others up in the night. Had a few minor issues which were addressed immediately. The only complaint (which is obviously out of the owners control) was that they are building house next door so it was difficult to sleep in with all the pounding.

This house was everything we hoped for and more. It is very deceptively large. With 24 people we were still able to spread out easily. Pool is wonderful. Game room is incredible. Kayaks and golf carts a tremendous plus. Easy walk to wonderful beach. I can't say enough. Owner is incredibly responsive.

The Bazinga house was perfect for our family. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen had everything you needed for cooking for a family of 27. The game room was awesome, the outdoor pool and kayaks were great as well. Short walk to the beach, but if you didn't want to walk there were two golf carts that would get you to and from the beach with your gear. One nice touch is the walk around porch and decks for morning coffee or just watching the kids swim. Great place for large family or work get togethers for sure!

Few lose boards on decking and could you a good spring cleaning-baseboards and walls in rough shape. The garage would be better if the pool toys and bikes were cleaned up/organized. Love this place, but the cleanliness was a little disappointing. I spent part of my vacation cleaning to be comfortable with 2 young kids playing.

This property was great for larger groups with lots of kids. Every issue we had (all were minimal) Mark handled asap. Would book here again anytime.

Wonderful property for large group of friends and family . Lots to do and beach so close !

Overall, our stay was great! Everyone had a great time the beds were super comfortable. The issues that did arise were addressed timely and were mostly resolved. There were some technical difficulties with the hot tub but the owner had his technicians out there addressing them right away and they did their best to fix it.

A group of friends and I decided to book Mark's property for spring break and it turned out to be a great decision. The property was great. The house was nice and able to accommodate sleeping arrangements for our large group. Everyone was constantly entertained by the pool/dock, arcade and lounge areas. It was a short walk to the beach and the golf cart allowed for even quicker access. It is in a nice neighborhood and area. It was very easy to reach Mark with any questions or concerns we had. It was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend to anyone considering booking this property.

Unfortunate 1st time VRBO customer experience with a filthy house and difficult owner. Description says events are done here, including weddings. The owner, Mark, told me that this is the perfect place for my wedding and to google his property, Bazinga House. Upon hiring a planner in November, she reached out to Mark to see if she can view property in person. He got upset and told her we need to rent a dumpster. Wedding size was 22 people, rental agreement was 28, accommodations can be for 36, therefore, no reason for dumpster. The day before check-in, Mark texted, demanding hundreds of dollars deposit to be paid that day saying it was for damage protection (I purchased damage insurance). I tried to talk to him (via text) inquiring why this had to be paid as I am not having more people in the house that what was in the rental agreement. He told me that I was lying and I shouldn’t worry about it because it's only a deposit and that he waived avenue fee, also hundreds of dollars, and sent me a personal link to pay on (illegally not on the VRBO platform violating the agreement with VRBO). None of which was in our rental agreement or in description of the house. Fee was paid as I already had vendors booked and house was non-refundable. Huge house was unsanitary, cabinets filled with mouse feces and urine, mold/mildew in most bathrooms, floors so dirty it turned feet black, outside walls, especially around the lights, were dirty and had spiderwebs around it in which we had to clean before the reception, and white picnic table had to be cleaned 3x before my decorator would place her white tablecloth on. The yard is not straight, the grass isn’t taken care of, and no landscaping at all. I didn’t mention anything to the owner during my stay because I just wanted my money back. About the refund, he told me that he was trying to salvage towels that, supposedly, my guests destroyed purposely. He finally sent my refund on 3/3/22, minus fees for the "damaged" towels. He is threatening me that he will go after me for damage to a golf cart, reassess the "waived" wedding fee, and involving his lawyer/legal action because some guests have left google reviews. I DO NOT recommend this house or working with this owner. Money was illegally taken, stolen and was threatened. A sign and form email says, “please enjoy this free gift” (a Bazinga cooler/bottle opener), none given(not that I want momentos). TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wish I could add photos to show all!

Mark was an extremely attentive and responsive host! We reached out a few times during our stay and heard back immediately. The house has plenty of bedrooms and were perfect for everyone in our group- from the early risers to the college age sleep-in-er. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, fun game room, heated pool & jacuzzi, gorgeous patios/views, plenty of cooking equipment (2 kitchens- perfect in- law suite set up), space for all to eat together, etc… We had a really nice time. Thank you for hosting our family get-together!

The location of this home and the amount of space for a large group of people was excellent. The pool and hot tub were great. The owner was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. Overall a really good experience.

The house was amazing with lots of things to do to keep the kids entertained in December. The pool was clean and warm when we arrived. Mark, the host, was attentive and kind and made sure our families trip was wonderful. We will definitely be back to Bazinga in the future !!!!!

From the pool to the beach, this property had all we needed…heading to the beach? there’s toys, boogie boards, and chairs… Need to run to the store? Take the golf cart and enjoy the scenery. Mark was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to future possibilities.

PERFECT SET UP

Our family and a few friends spent 9/11-9/18 at Bazinga. We range in age from 3-75 years old. There was something g for everyone. The house was cool, open, and airy. There were many bathrooms,bedrooms and ample places for all to sleep. The 2 kitchens were well equipped for all of the cooking we did. We used the kayaks,pool,and hot tub on a daily basis. We had a small issue with the pool and the owner handled it promptly. The golf carts were fun and an added bonus! We were all very sad to leave and look forward to returning to Bazinga!

Surprised at the size of the yard on the water which appeared much larger in the photos. One golf cart did not work. Outside of one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom there were no paper products. Bring paper towels, tp, etc. Loved the closed in porch. Beds are very high. no chair in the master bedroom. Much enjoyed the house which was A=1 for my large family. Thanks Mark.

Mark was a great host and quick to respond. We had some cleanliness issues on day 1 and notified Mark on the morning of day 2. He immediately had the someone address the cleanliness issues. The home is in a great location and within a short walk to the beach access. The golf carts, the pool and the hot tube were huge hits with everyone!! We had two sets of Grandparents and they had difficulty getting into the beds. Not an issue for most but the home only has two bedrooms with private baths. The bathroom that is shared between the king bedrooms is also the public bathroom for all guests when on the second floor. Watch the virtual tour and look at the pictures, you can see the layout of the house and the bedroom/bathroom configuration. As I said, Mark is a great host and will answer any question and make your stay a great stay!!!

The location was great, walking distance to the beach and we could get to the pier with the golf carts. We had a group of 23 and the pool was a nice size for us. It was a bit difficult to get a hold of the owner and or management company with some issues at the beginning of our stay. None of the phone numbers listed around the house were working numbers. So we had to rely solely on the message function on the VRBO app. In the end… I was able to get a hold of Mark on the app. The house is a great size and had plenty of space for our large group and the kids and dads enjoyed the indoor arcade on rainy days. Kitchen appliances and kitchenware are all slightly on the tired side but they had absolutely everything we needed. Some of the linen and towels were also probably too old to be using in a rental home. Overall, it was a fun stay with family and friends.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at the property. However, the hot tub worked only one day. We reported that it was not working; and did not like the way we had to communicate with manager. The third floor was hot. Had to buy a fan. Would have liked the place to be cleaner.

Great location and amenities. Floors where vacuumed but not mopped. Got black feet from walking on the floors. Vents haven't been cleaned or dusted based on what they looked liked. Garbage pick up was limited due to time of year. Overall house was perfect for what we needed but cleanliness wasn't top notch. Loved having private pool and hot tub. Great for large families and dogs.

Property is as advertised. Lots of space. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dish ware and utensils. More than enough linens and towels. Mark was quick to respond to any requests. Game room was a hit with adults and kids all battling for high scores. Golf carts are a huge convenience when bringing things to the beach. Plenty of parking for the carts as well. Used the kayaks a few times when Tide was right. Beautiful flat water to explore. Rented a pontoon boat that was delivered to the dock for the week. A few sunset cruises and a trip to Vandys point. Hot tub got a lot of use. Pool was mostly day use only. Top temp of pool was 73. Water quickly goes to 60’s at night. It’s expensive to heat a pool to just above ambient temps especially considering how economical heat pumps are to run. Overall great stay as we were blessed with excellent weather.

perfect house for our golf trip

This was our first trip since COVID and we were looking for a great location with lots of entertainment for the kids 11/12. This home has it all!! Thanks for having us. As a healthcare worker this was just the relaxation I needed.

We stayed at this home the first 2 weeks of March. The home is spacious & pretty clean. 2 housekeeping complaints: downstairs coffee pot had used grinds covered in mold and downstairs cement floor turned bare feet black. But the rest of the home was very clean. The downstairs area is awesome with video arcade, pool table etc. and the beds were really comfortable. The beds were made when we arrived and there were plenty of towels and beach towels for everybody. Our biggest complaint was the pool and hot tub. The first week the hot tub would not work. We were told to keep cover closed and reset breaker (which was in a locked panel). After 4 or 5 days finally sent someone to fix it. The pool heater stopped working on day 9 and never was fixed, so for 6 days, pool was too cold to use. The last few days hot tub also was cold. The owner did refund the extra money we had paid for heating the hot tub & pool, which we appreciated. But the biggest reason we rented this home was to use the heated pool and hot tub, so had we known there would be so many days we would be unable to use them, we probably wouldn't have rented this home. we were very disappointed. The location of the house is great with a beautiful beach easily accessed using the 2 golf carts provided. There were only 3 beach chairs available to use which is a pain for those of us flying in. Overall, if hot tub and pool were properly maintained, this would be a great place to rent!
