This is is a second floor unit that has two master suites. The property is very well-maintained and is a short drive to Hanalei. Our unit was not ready until 20 minutes past the check in time (4 pm). Quite the inconvenience. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Please be aware and read the description carefully for these condos. When we checked in, we were informed that we would have to move in the middle of our vacation to another condo on the property, and we were booked for two separate reservations under this listing for a week stay. While the description when we booked this Vrbo stated that we were not guaranteed a specific condo - which we were fine with - it said nothing about having to move in the middle of our stay, or that it would be a multiple booking. Once we were able to talk to the Wyndham Property Manager Sean, he arranged for us to stay in the same condo for our entire trip. When we reached out to our Vrbo contact, she stated that she was not aware of the multiple reservations was not really helpful in this situation. Sean, the Property Manager at the Wyndham really saved the day. If you don't have a problem with possibly having to pack (delay or change your activities for the day) and move to another condo in the middle of your vacation, then this a great place to stay. We were told by the Property Manager that this doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen often enough. The condo we stayed in was a two-bedroom, two-bath upstairs condo with a full kitchen. It was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful balcony overlooking the courtyard. This property was ideally located on the North Shore and about 20-30 minutes away from all North Shore activities. Be prepared to drive a long time to get to the East and South side of the island, but overall this was a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. There's a shopping center close by with a grocery store and restaurants, and Hanalei and Kilauea are only 10-20 minutes away, with more beaches, shops and restaurants to explore. If not for the possible disruption of having to switch condos in the middle of our vacation, this place would be perfect.

We stay in Kauai often to visit family. Bali Hai and our VRBO are by far the best we’ve experienced. Thanks for a great stay!

We were due to leave from Portland on December 23, but due to an ice storm our flight was canceled. The first available flight we could get was the 27th. So with 4 days lost and not able to extend with our original booking we were lucky to find this place available and only .2 miles away from our first lodging. As we had to check out of our first place at 10am I contacted the front desk on the first day of our stay and was able to get an early checkin. We had booked the one bedroom one bath, to our amazement we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom. 2 bath presidential suite. The place was amazing. Incredibly comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was lovely. Staff were extremely attentive and very professional. I highly recommend this resort. Betina was extremely responsive.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was spacious and clean. The grounds and pool were lovely. We loved the location close to many hiking trails and beaches. We lucked out with an entire week of sunny skies and no rain. We will be back.

The property is fantastic, and I appreciate the beauty and cleanliness of the condo. While is was a short walk or drive from anything, Kauai is gorgeous and I had an excellent time with my girlfriend
