The location, at GVA, suited my need for an airport overnight. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast, highly priced, was a good value if you found yourself very very hungry.

I was infuriated that I could not alter the ambient temperature of the room, and that I had no control over switching the system from heating to cooling. The room was over 70 degrees F, much too warm to enable me to sleep comfortably. I am dismayed that many many higher priced hotels, including this one, have switched to heating/cooling systems that limit guest choice so severely. What could have been a lovely, if a somewhat overpriced, stay was marred by a bad night's sleep in a room that was too warm.

As always the stay at the Marriott was excellent, absolutely friendly and courteous staff. Facilities top! The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

Unfortunately there were some problems with the dinner, but the accommodating nature of the staff made up for this and in the end I was very satisfied.

Lovely design, especially enjoyed the roof garden and the open plan ground floor areas. Super helpful and friendly staff. Love that we got free public transport travel with a 'pass' printed for us by reception. The location close to the airport but accessible to restaurants via public transport was great and the private bus transfer from the airport to hotel excellent and really convenient.

Being typically English would have loved a couple of English style tea bags not just herbal teas in the room and a few more sachet milk powders as there was only 4 and we like our hot drinks.

Modern, clean, spacious, excellent condition Amazing breakfast. Shuttle to the airport is a huge plus.

The clerk at the checkin needed 15 minutes to sort out how to register in his computer my deposit for extras. All that time I was waiting in front of him instead of being offered a drink or access to my room. Not one word to express any apology. Customer facing staff needs to get better training or close supervision. Customers should not be put in such a situation, especially not at 22:00.

Everything was great maybe apart from the location. The location would also be great for anyone who wants to be close to the airport, as opposed to ones that want easy access to Geneva points of interest.

The location turned out to be a bit far from the city.

too pricey for what offers, only one towel at the bathroom for 2 guests. For $300/night for a hotel that isn’t in downtown, I think breakfast should have been included.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Front desk staff was very nice. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes starting at 4:50am and we had no trouble making it to our flight. The tram stop was about an 8 minute walk away which was convenient to ride down into old town. We arrived about 1.5 hours before check in and it was so nice that our rooms were ready and we could check in early.

Our only complaint is that the AC could not keep up on the hot day we were there (it was 90F) and while it cooled the room, it was not sufficient so we slept poorly and had to sleep with no duvet.

The hotel was new and very clean and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and supportive. The hotel upgraded one of our 4 rooms and the manager solved our issue in professional way.

The room dining selection was very very limited. The breakfast close at 10:30am and not possible to request in the room after that time. The lobby restaurant has very limited food selection. I suggest to the hotel to review the selection of foods and increase the food types.
