The property was clean and modern with everything we needed for our stay. Everything you could want or need to do in Holt is a short walking distance from the accommodation.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. The only thing I would add is a curtain for the front door, the bathroom and bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the curtain would have made me feel a bit better.

Leon, the host, was on hand to welcome us (and sort any problems if we had any - we didn’t!)
The “with parking” was not on-site (5 mins away)
would have preferred king-size bed , rather than double, and larger bath towels(bath sheets) or towelling bathrobes?

Stunning penthouse apartment, ingeniously decorated to provide optimal comfort and every amenity provided. Situated in the heart of quaint and upmarket Holt, very close to Wells next the Sea. Will definitely be back thanks Leon

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Holt. you can park outside for 1 hour and then there is a parking space a short walk away, it’s perfect! The apartment is really clean and comfortable, the decor throughout is lovely!

Excellent location, close to the centre of Holt. Beautiful view from the lounge window and a nice veranda where you could enjoy a sundowner (in the summer!).
The double bed was very comfortable. Very tasteful decoration, clean and fresh. The central heating was very efficient, making the whole place warm and toasty.
The kitchen was modern and well equipped. The shower room, although small, was beautiful with a great rain shower, instant hot water and a lighted mirror.
There was nothing to dislike. I spoke to the host and mentioned that a bit more cutlery would have been good. He acknowledged this and said he would rectify that.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. 2 minutes from the centre of Holt with beautiful views and convenient parking. Peaceful and relaxing yet close to all the amenities of a bustling town centre.
There was nothing at all to dislike. Maybe just add a few condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil etc. and a couple of washing capsules to the welcome pack)
