, The booking system was ridiculous - had about 20 emails that just kept coming. . didn't get the key code so had to call for it. Had to call the office to verify in the end. A big faff using 'superhog' won't book anywhere that uses them again. No salt or pepper . Beds uncomfortable. The table was set with all crockery and cutlery which was a bit weird. Had to move it all to use the table. one of the showers was blocked which wasn't sorted - didn't look like it had been cleaned properly - poo stain in toilet and pubic hair in showe

Warm, comfortable, well furnished, well equipped, good location and parking

The main bed only has one bedside table. A bedside table for glasses, phone and water is essential - 2 small tables instead of a larger one on one side? The shower/bath in 2nd bathroom could do with an extra handle as you have to climb in a the end as the shower screen is inflexible

The location was fantastic, very walkable to pubs, restaurants, tourist attractions, gardens and the river. The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was a good size.

I didn’t like the fact that once we had booked and paid for the accommodation, we received an email stating we had to pay more to verify our identity which was not transparent in the original booking. At this point we could not cancel our booking as it was not refundable.

Central location. Modern & clean.

Had to programme the heating. Was a bit hot esp at night. Duvet too warm; no option of having sheet / blankets. No instructions for TV remote but we got there in the end!

It's really relaxing, quiet, close to the centre and very comfortable. Staff were really attentive and seemed kind.

There were some basics missing such as oven gloves and a hand towel for the kitchen, there was a problem with both showers draining but I've notified them and I am sure they'll fix that.

Very spacious and overall comfortable, it was a last minute bargain for us to stay over for the Let’s Rock weekend. Having a bathroom each was a treat. Would consider using again if we got it at the right price.

The apartment has high ceilings which resulted in it being really stuffy despite the fans. The stairs up the bedrooms are very steep.
