Booked this for my mums 60th birthday gift. I live in Australia and was able to book this here as a surprise and organise for her to go with her partner. They loved it! Very spacious, beautiful decor and great location to town!

The pictures do not do this justice. Beautifully furnished and all modern.
Three very high steps up into the entrance lobby but there are handrails. Was awkward with excited dog on a lead both in and out.

Great location and an amazing place to stay.. lots of room. We have stayed here previously and already booked again for October.. right near the town but also quiet.

The apartment is lovely and perfectly located.
To be really good a small amount of milk and a sachet of coffee for the cafetière would be helpful. There are tea bags and instant coffee but only if you like them black! Also we had to use the hand towel as a shower mat to keep the floor dry.
We have travelled a lot and find that it is the little details take it from good to excellent

A bit difficult to find, it is on the opposite side of the road to the car park mentioned in directions.
Living room very bright for sleeping but this is being rectified. The main bedroom is excellent.

The flat was just like in the pictures, really nicely furnished, the room and bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was really clean and functional. There was a nice garden we could have used too if it was warmer. The owners were super quick with replying to any questions which was really helpful!
And the location was very convenient, right next to the high street and the coach bus station is just a 5 min walk away.
Maybe an extra loo roll or more bleach for the toilet would have been helpful to keep the place clean. Oo and those little pouches of long life milk for the tea/ coffee would have been great! But not necessary at all :)

Courtyard garden was excellent for afternoon and evening sun. Located close to local shops and bars.
Bed and one of the sofa's were uncomfortable. The bed had lots of give and the L shape sofa was hard.

Booked this property for my parents 60th birthday as a gift. Parents were blown away with the property and location. Host Sarah contacted me to arrange a hamper which was a lovely touch. Will definitely book again

Loved the location, very handy to 2 lovely pubs and close private parking. Loved the style of the apartment, access to Netflix etc and all amenities for cooking. Great that we could arrive at virtually any time and have ease of access through keysafe

Good location and spacious apartment. Unfortunately the weather was wet but would have enjoyed using the bonus patio area.
Would prefer King size bed.
Coat hooks/ shoe rack by front door would be great especially with wet coats and shoes.

Really nice on the inside.
Main door locking was a bit of a security concern. Lock on the flat door seems a bit dodgy, might need tightening. Lovely decorated flat but expensive.

One of the sofas was a bit uncomfortable & husband found bed uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing slippers as floor a little cold underfoot.

Lovely stylish accommodation. Great location and parking.
The heating was insufficient for the size of the living room, we were cold and sat under blankets in the evening. The bedroom and bathroom were warm. Water from the shower was not hot enough even when turned to maximum.

Well located and furnished apartment in the heart of Ross-on-wye. Great value for money too. Highly recommended.
Double bed was very soft which may not suit all. Coat hooks by the front door would have been helpful too.

The host was so attentive and always answered my questions , very good locations just steps ways from town and other car parks in town if you need to check out and want to enjoy around . Super beautiful place with even a mini arts gallery that I loved!

Difficulty gaining entrance.. map locates building on wrong side of road. No 6 is not obvious at entrance. Key safe tricky....could be more user friendly
