Breakfast is the same every day

The only thing I liked was the location next to the sea.

ALL!! What's in the pictures and what's in reality are two different things. sooooo old rooms and many do not have air conditioning or not working, constant noise, music from nearby bars. the staff is busy with their own affairs and walks straight to the reception with a cigarette. the breakfast is terrible, very few and always dirty plates, then hair, when you tell the waiters where else is the dish that is included in breakfast, they answered me you already brought it, I say no, and the waiter, looking at me with disbelief, answers they brought it and I won’t bring anything else . all food is veiled, because they save money i think. even the room key is only 1, if you want the second - pay. I really wanted to plunge into the boho atmosphere, as in the pictures, but in fact a very small area and beautiful places are all occupied by people. think before you go.

The moment we arrived we were received with great hospitality. The receptionist made all possible to make him understandable, showed us the surroundings while the rooms were getting ready(we got there before the check in time), and let us park our car in a good place. The rooms were clean, the cleaning ladies changed our towels and sheets every other day and made sure to leave water in our rooms. The hotel is right near the beach, less than one minute from the hotel, and so is the restaurant, right near the hotel. The beach was nice and clean, the staff from the restaurant also works on the seashore. Though the breakfast was standard and every day we had the same thing, it was tasty, but it could be revised and have different meals at least the every other day. In rest we enjoyed our stay, having lots of shops around.

Just that the breakfast was the same every day, someone intolerant to dairy and eggs can't eat there at all.

The staff at Kalia Beach Hotel are very friendly and always helpful. Especially Kerem, Umut and the manager of the hotel. The cleaning lady also smiling and she cleans every day with perfection. If you're looking for a holiday with a Bali vibe, then Kalia Beach Hotel will probably be a good match. The guests are adults or parents with grown up children, which means no crying babies to wake you up in the night. Great experience and certainly not my last.

room. having the beds on the upper level with only an air conditioner at the lower level meant it was extremely difficult to sleep in the heat.

Excellent location, close to the sea and overall facilities, friendly staff, modern restaurant Goa (recently rebuilt / renovated, stylish, with great varieties), service provided at the beach (beach staff was extremely supportive and prompt to serve you at the best!)

Goa restaurant worked until 2am with loud music Rooms have been recently renovated, but bathrooms are still in poor condition Breakfast is served upon arrival, recommendation to offer self service at least for the drinks and snacks Shisha offered in Goa was extremely bad and expensive

Right in the center next to everything. Room is exactly like the picture and spacious. The Gua bar has an amazing atmosphere, we really enjoyed our time there. AC working perfectly. Housekeeping everyday.

We were very disappointed of the patio area, nothing like the pictures, there’s no privacy at all as there’s barely any space between you and the other rooms patios in front or next to you, people sitting right in front of you. The entrance to the hotel was quite complicated, had to drive through a small street with shops, then into another deserted small street. The breakfast was a nightmare, not a self service and it took them 30 minutes daily to serve us, unprofessional waiters didn’t speak English and weren’t helpful at all, sometimes serving people that came after us before us.We spoke to the manager about it the last day and he apologized and offered us a fruit platter. Beach area isn’t as spacious as the pictures and cramped daily.

I fell in love with this hotel 😍 it's located in a really good location, beach chairs and umbrellas are free for hotel residents, breakfast is tasty (though it's always the same, served directly to the tables), cleaning is at a good level. There is no swimming pool, and I didn't need it since it's a really short distance to the sea 😊 the staff is really friendly

Sometimes I had to wait a long time for breakfast, buffet would be better. Sometimes at night the commotion/music from the bar was overpowering.

the bathroom could be renovated but it is perfectly functional! the curtains aren’t black out so sleeping was a bit difficult for me..

The interior is nice and the location is good.

No vegan options for breakfast, we twice explained to a waiter that we don't want to have meat and cheese for breakfast, but they still brought it. Then when we explained for the third time, we had to wait for our breakfast for the next 45 minutes. There were no towels in a room when we arrived, was difficult to find a hotel itself as it's not in Google maps because they changed a name. And the stuff is just so unprofessional

- perfect location, directly at the beach - beautiful hotel gardens with plenty of plants and fruit trees (pomegranate, oranges, lemons etc.) - incredibly helpful and friendly staff and manager at the reception - spacious room with a very large, comfortable double bed - air conditioning included - fridge in the room - balcony - stable and reliable WLAN (included) in the room and in the whole hotel area - very good breakfast and wonderful, relaxed atmosphere during breakfast - gorgeous restaurant GUA with delicious food and cool clubbing music - comfortable sun beds on the beach - many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby - short walking distance (15 minutes) to the antique sights (Apollo Temple etc.) in Side

The location of that place is really good, the beach was literally 30 meters away from our bungalow. Bungalow itself is ok, beds and furniture were comfy enough. Wi-Fi was perfect, though my wife had to re-connect every time she stopped using it for a minute. The personnel was friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was ok and big enough.

The bathroom door was a little skewed and could not be properly closed, shower head was damaged, yet functioned well. The shower's doors were not properly aligned or lubricated so it was difficult or close or open them. The second floor's pavement was not painted (at least part next to the stairs) and hence quite edgy and not comfortable to step on. Even though there was a place to sit on - the only possible way to use a laptop inside for us was bringing the outside garden table and use it. Couple of times staff was overwhelmed with amount of people at breakfast and we had to wait half an hour to be served.

Location and staff was great. The beach and restaurant was very nice, beach is just in front of the hotel and the sunbeds very comfortable. Staff was polite and responsive. The quality of the food in the restaurant was good.

There were ants in the room. Rooms need to be renovated. No minibar, not even water in the fridge and no enough towels. Breakfast wasn’t good, we were supposed to take our breakfast in the restaurant in order to have good meal and coffee.
