The location is excellent and the cleanliness of the rooms was really good.

There were no toiletries that came with the room, there was only 1 towel per room, even though we had a deluxe double room. Our bathroom door was faulty and it couldn't close all the way to bolt it shut from the inside. Towel wasn't provided even upon request and the way to reach the property is a bit cumbersome. Its a 7-8 mins hike where it'll be difficult to get actual luggage moved, easier for peeps using rucksacks.

Views were fantastic you can see snow capped mountain from every room I guess, great atmosphere and good cafe down there.

Quite up from main city, usually you have to trek up to Zostel and upto Vashisht taxis/autos are quite expensive. And their is no water facility you have come up or down to common room to get water.

The location has stunning views of the mountains as it is located at a greater height than Old Manali. The stay itself is also beautiful and is in close proximity to the Vashishth temple, hot water spring and the Jogini waterfall trek.

The property ran out of water on the second day of our stay due to which we all were asked to empty the rooms and look for alternative accommodations. I am pretty sure this was only because it was a new property and would not happen in future but it led to some minor inconveniences for us although we were able to find a decent accommodation close by. Also, since it is located at a height, it becomes difficult to carry your luggage to the top since it is a narrow passageway of around 750m in length and is not motorable. However, I believe that comes as a downside for the perk you are getting of stunning views but you should be aware of this before you book your stay here.

Location is bit off road and connectivity to old Manali other places can be tricky especially late night. Network issue was there since the beginning and it was challenging to complete any work. We used to wait around 2 to 4 hours for water. There was no power backup and sometimes there are frequent power cuts than usual.

Girls dorm is very conjusted, not appropriate for 6 people
