I asked for first floor units due to medical condition when I spoke with the receptionist and he said no problem and when we got to the property he stated that he had no rooms downstairs , that was upsetting :( after telling him I needed at least one of the rooms on the first floor!

Charged us an extra $10 "commission" over what was agreed to on the website.

the room we ended up with was nice

The room they initially gave us was nothing like what we booked per the photos on Booking. They moved us to “The Penthouse” but charged us quite a bit more. They have now reported that we never checked in. The room was ok.. but no crisp linen like in the pics, no kitchen and no mini-bar in either room. There was a hot plate and a small fridge. Day 2 we went elsewhere that was far nicer and 1/3 of the price.

Its secluded away from traffic, very convenient location. Probably 10 mini minutes from Mandy’s and great Pizza place named Rogers’s that’s in the front entrance across from where you check in. It has a rooftop to where you can bring your telescope and look at the stars.

No curtains or blinds for bathroom window

Ac should be turned on at least a day in advance to us occupied it first night was so hot in there

Had to use the bathroom with door open. It was too hot in the bathroom if door was closed. We also were woken up at 4am by arguing drunk men right outside our room. Zero staff anywhere.

I had a unit with covered parking and our room was 3 beds but in different “living” spaces. great for families with kids or young adults

It was a good last minute budget stay, within walking distance to Manny's and the beach. Very quiet. We had a small terrace and brought our folding chairs out to sit in the evening while enjoying a beverage and the cool temps.

We were a little hesitant when we first arrived since it is not in a great part of town, but it turned out to be fine.

Every 2nd lot empty and full of trash, lots of stray dogs unsafe to jog or run, cars driving by and through out beer bottles on street lots of grafity.. would not stay again in this area

The location is great! So close to everything you need. I was pleasantly surprised, we would definitely come back soon! The room was clean and parking was great.

The hotel does not serve breakfast but it has its own kitchen with stove, mini fridge and microwave were u can cook does not have dishes or pots u have to bring those
