Wonderful overall experience. Open and well appointed kitchen. Professional gas range. Great backyard, outdoor couch, fire pit and hot tub. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and amenities. Jacuzzi was the highlight of each evening. Fire pit was nice as well. Comfortable beds. We ordered all takeout for our short two night trip so I can't comment on the stove/oven.

This property had everyone saying “I want to live here!” It was spacious and beautiful. We used it for my sisters wedding weekend. It was a lovely and calming place for the bridesmaids to get ready. Communication it’s the manager was quick and checkin and checkout were super easy. Highly recommend. The hot tub was awesome!

Beautifully remodeled. Loved the floor plan. Also loved the easy on/off gas fireplace. Would rent again for sure.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay here! The house is beautiful and clean and you can’t beat the location - just a short walk down to the beach. We loved the private courtyard and hot tub. Close to all the essentials and great restaurants. We can’t wait to come back!

Very impressed with how modern and up-to-date the home is compared to similarly-priced rentals in the area. I LOVED decor and how chic it was. I stayed with my bridesmaids the weekend of my wedding in San Clemente, and it was convenient to get to all of our local destinations. My guests loved the fireplace. I specifically loved the modern spacious kitchen and comfy master bed!

What a gorgeous home... not perfect. We noted several stains on couches and some paint missing here and there as well as the propane tank being empty ( They delivered one within hours.) BUT for a family with dogs, this one can't be beat. The first morning, I woke to noise from the highway which was somewhat of a bummer, but once I got past that and looked toward the ocean, gathered my family at the table over and over again, enjoyed the few steps to the most gorgeous beach( We saw dolphins and so much more.) and met so many lovely local residents-everyone was beyond kind.... Our family settled in perfectly and decided we will definitely be back. The communication with the Turnkey team and the owners was beyond words wonderful. The kitchen is perfect. The view from the front bedroom balcony is gorgeous. The backyard was a perfect jacuzzi fire retreat with ample space for the dogs to play while we enjoyed our time. San Clemente never disappoints, and Turnkey did a beautiful job. The home was also incredibly clean when we arrived. I would suggest stocking the home with coffee and cream, cooking oil, and amenities like tin foil. And make sure the propane is ready for each guest....That is my only suggestion. Thank you TURNKEY and the owners of this lovely family beach house. We will be back.

the backyard was great, the fire bit lovely and the kitchen excellent. from the deck in the front of the house you can see the ocean and you can actually walk to the beach in 5 min or less (not one of those BS 5 min walks if you are jogging)--didn't use the TVS. Shower pressure was great ---really a lovely home---ohh yea and lots of parking is nice too. (and wow that washer and dryer are also ....excellent)

This property was everything it was advertised to be. GREAT location and the garage/driveway parking was invaluable. Clean and beautiful inside but what really made the trip were the front and back patios. Will stay here again!

Excellent location just up the street from the beach park and beach access. The home was clean and newly renovated. Plenty of room to spread out on the front or back deck. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Overall excellent. Just a few areas or pieces of furniture that were dirty or damaged. But did not affect our pleasant stay. Totally stocked kitchen! Just missing cloth napkins

We were blown away at how cool this house is, from the stylish furniture and decor, comfortable bedding and awesome backyard amenities, to the impeccable cleanliness and fantastic location steps away from steps down to San Clemente State Beach Park. Will absolutely be back!
