Loved the location, security, spacious, parking location underneath, streaming platforms, kitchen and the view.

It was 82.5 degrees, no AC (did not pay attention that it wasnt a unit that had ac) we were very hot in the room. The unit did have a ceiling fan and a box fan which helped. The carpet was stained and there was a large stain on the sofa and trash behind the bed and sofa, which I reported immediately.

Location was amazing, hot tub was perfect (once we got into it, on our third and final night - Vacasa couldn't provide us with a code to access it). Condo itself was comfortable, VACASA was horrible.

Communication nightmare: Had to call several times to get WIFI code, had to chase down a code (8 texts) to PAY for parking (which was more per day than what they said in the listing), no code for the outside entrance (froze in 4 F while waiting for a code after having dinner - another guest let us in), no code for hot tub until last day (numerous calls and texts), not allowed to use ski locker or take skis up to room, stepped on glass in the room, one roll of toilet paper for our stay, VACASA hung up on me several times, and there was no sense of urgency for anything. The amenities in the condo are incredibly cheap, silverware, dishes, etc, lipstick stains on the wine glasses.

Place and location.

There were so many flaws with this booking first we tried to contact the owner or vacasa or booking but never got any answer on how to check in they only gave a us a Code and the address to the building so we had to figure out the rest, there isn't a front desk. Then there is a charge of $16 for parking, booking.com stated parking in the summer was free however that wasn't the case according to the parking garage guy. Now the worst part once we arrived to the room the kitchen sink was dirty, with lettuce and other stuff in it still, was not cleaned properly, and the worst part the TOILET STILL HAD FRESH POOP STAINS FROM THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE STAYING or it was not cleaned properly my wife had to clean that nasty toilet and the sink!! For us to be able use it!! It was disgusting!! Everything else seemed to be ok shower, bed, etc. The sofa bed had stains all over it! And last but not least it stated that the place had a hot tub available!! HOWEVER we needed a code to get in it was locked..so no Hot Tub.. We tried to get a hold of the owner send a mesage sent an email but we never got an answer. We never had an answer for any of our questions. They just give you a code to the room and good luck.
