Had my entire family here for my dad's retirement and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for a large family. Hollie helped me with every detail. I was just going to hang some balloons but then she gave me a few ideas and it turned into a huge occasion!! lol
We even hired a chef something I never even considered. Thank you for the most amazing stay and for caring about making it memorable for our family. We wanted to celebrate my dad and we had the best celebration ever!

House was beautiful and laid out perfectly. Loved the single story. Back yard was a great retreat. Beach was a quick golf cart ride down the road. Beach was never overly crowded we had plenty of space. the hosts at 30a beach girls were kind and communicated great. Loved the bonfire, bikes and golf cart.

Our stay at the 30A Beach Girls' house exceeded all expectations! The reality matched the allure of the photos precisely. Each bedroom was thoughtfully arranged, providing everyone with their own cozy sanctuary. The outdoor space was meticulously designed, offering seating on the porch and by the pool, perfect for both lively conversations and peaceful moments with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or two. We cherished every moment spent unwinding in the serene surroundings.
The convenience of the golf cart made trips to the beach and Seaside a breeze, eliminating the hassle of parking.
We found the house well-equipped with linens and essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout.
However, the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the bonfire night! It was an absolute blast, and the fact that it took place right on the beach, just a stone's throw away from the house, added an extra layer of magic to the evening. Joy and Hollie were exceptional hosts, always on hand to address any questions promptly.
Without a doubt, we would eagerly return to this property for another unforgettable getaway!

This home and manager check all the boxes! Forget my input just book it.
Pool that entertains everyone, moms soaked in the hot tub at night in peace with wine. Kids played in it during the day. Total privacy!

30a beach girls!!! OMG if you have never stayed with them you need to. Groceries picked up and put away. Bonfire included that was hours of fun. There are lots of bikes and a golf cart to take to seaside and grayton, you can't do 30a without Aj's. This home is our favorite and we can';t wait for round two in October.

We absolutely loved this stunning house! With more than enough room for our lively family of 11, every amenity we could think of was right at our fingertips. The overall vibe was just perfect – cozy, cute, and elegantly charming. The hosts at 30a beach girls were incredibly attentive to all our questions and even helped us celebrate our special occasion. In all my years of travel I have never experienced a company like this. They go above and beyond! Groceries, decorations, a bonfire. It's something you have to experience! Leaving was the last thing we wanted to do. Five stars all the way! 🌟🏡😄

Family plans had to change and we didn't get to make this trip. 30a beach girls was able to consign our trip to another traveler and we recouped part of our money. This would have been our 3rd stay with them. Communication is top notch and we have always enjoyed our stays. We are n ow booked for 2024 can't wait. Sorry we missed this trip but appreciate the service.

Perfect for family trip! The house was very comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and ample space to hang out. The outdoor area is beautiful. The house is perfectly appointed. The hosts at 30a Beachy Girls was very helpful and full of ideas. It rained during our stay and they had great activities they referred. A great home for a 30a vacation. From the moment we arrived, toured the home & were greeted with a wonderful welcome gift, we knew we were going to have a great vacation! The beautiful house was fully equipped for comfort and fun, inside and out... great pool/hot tub, golf cart, bikes and more! It was perfect for our family & guests. Hollie and Daisy thought of everything and when we had a question/request for them, they responded and helped quickly. I wanted to do something exciting for my sons birthday and something we never did before. Hollie was just the person for the job! She reserved us on an airboat for an evening alligator tour! Had no idea this was even possible. We seen lots of them. It was so much fun! After coming to the 30a area for many years, we can't wait to return and stay here again that's a first for us. This home and this company are incredible.

We had a very pleasant stay in this home with 30a beach girls. The home was clean, large and very spacious. The pool was clean and very enjoyable. We were able to utilize the grill and had great time outside with family when not at the beach. The bikes and golf cart were used daily, seaside it just a quick spin away. 30a Beach Girls was amazing to work with, very attentive and informative. I would consider this home for another vacation and recommend to anyone inquiring.

Beautiful property in a wonderful, quiet spot. Very clean and true to the photos — a really great space for our group of friends to stay, tons of room to spread out. Very easy to communicate with the managers — quick responses, Hollie had awesome recommendations! I highly recommend staying here. Nice spacious living spaces and I really loved cooking in the kitchen. I just can't fit all I have to say in this review! Im going to book my families fall break here.

Great stay, clean property. You can tell that the company had pride in this property as it was clean and well-maintained. Good communication and everything was as described. The great room was big and our preferred hang out place for the family we cooked and talked, played cards for hours. The pool was so needed for coming off after the beach. The beach was so open not crowded at all. We rode the bikes to Seaside and the food trucks and that was fun as well. Overall, a very nice, beautiful and clean property and great experience. Our extended family, six adults and seven-teens, converged in this lovely home for our spring break. The property is well appointed with everything you need. It is conveniently located to everything, including the beach and seaside. We had a few requests for a celebration that the property management team handled efficiently. We loved that a bonfire was included! Highly recommend this home and team! A very memorable family vacation we all enjoyed.

Our stay was wonderful! The best part was the open space, no stairs and all the bathrooms. The decor was gorgeous, and the house was incredibly clean. Only recommendation would be heaters outside for entertaining, nights were cold in February. Also, it would be great if you provided containers with lids to store your leftovers and food in the refrigerator. Hours were spent on the bikes, beach is so close! We miss it already!! Property managers at 30a beach girls could not have been any better. Responded immediately to any/all questions.I would 100% stay here again!

The house and amenities were fantastic! Looks brand new and immaculate throughout. Renter has a attention to detail such as guest Wi-Fi, TVs in every room, and charging stations galore. You can walk to the beach, ride a bike, or load up the golf cart and zip around town. For times you want to hang at the house, there's plenty of space to prepare/enjoy meals using the fully furnished kitchen or outdoor grill, take a dip in the heated pool, or relax in the shade under the covered porch. We had 10 adults with plenty of room for more. We plan to go back. A must rent!

This was the perfect house for our family getaway, it was comfortable for all. We cooked almost all the meals at the house and everything worked great. All beds were comfortable. Grandkids enjoyed their area, though they complained the bunk room was way to girlish. It's an awesome room but heavy on the girly. The other bunk room is very plain in comparison. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool area and we were impressed that after a surprise storm came thru that Hollie had the pool guy come and clean out the pool since it was messy from the winds. The house was clean at check-in and we had great communication with everyone at 30a beach girls throughout the stay as questions came up. Thank you for the bonfire!!

We are an extended family group of 11 ranging from 6 months to 79 years. A great property for the group. Everyone had their space but gathering space for meals and games too. We loved the back deck for star gazing and relaxing. Really enjoyed the house uniqueness and beautiful artwork everywhere. 30a Beach Girls makes traveling easy! We loved the bonfire that was hosted, we stayed for 2 hours! Lots of s'mores and fun. Would definitely stay here again next spring.

What people normally do not talk about on their reviews, in my opinion, is the comfort of beds where people get the most out of their sleep and rejuvenating bodies. So mentioning beds is a thing for me in all my reviews...The beds here were exceptional for all who asked. The home is spread out and has so much space you have privacy whenever you want it. The pool was perfect after laying in the sun at the beach for hours and was enjoyed nightly. The golf cart is essential so are the bikes, we went to Seaside a lot and there is no parking for cars in Seaside. The property management 30a beach Girls were top notch again, our 5th stay with them first time to this home though we stayed in one almost identical with them last year. We have rented dozens upon dozens of homes through VRBO, this will go down as one of our favorites. Positive, wonderful, clean, honest, great communication. I highly recommend.

The home's location is perfect! Quick cart ride from the beach, shops and restaurants. We had chefs every night and they commented the kitchen is a great space. Loved the dining table and space. Loved the Jack and Jill bathroom for our teens. Didn't use the bunk rooms. Master bedrooms are large and lots of counter space in the back master bathroom. Lots of towels. Bedding comfy. Pool wasn't used much but we enjoyed the back deck. Biggest perk was the included bonfire and the chefs booked by Hollie at beach girls. She connected us with exactly what we wanted. My family and I stayed for the week here and it was great. The layout of the house is fantastic along with the decor. Plenty of rooms, great backyard with a pool and porch. The beach access was so close and easily accessible by the provided golf cart.
The only con was that we couldn’t find a light switch for the pool but that’s minor. I’d def recommend staying here.

This property now has six bedrooms and one of the bunk rooms just got an upgrade based on the pictures. The decor is amazing. Bright vibrant colors. The owner thought of everything in this room. Chargers for phones, electrical outlets at the vanity to get ready and plenty of lighting with amazing mirrors that light up with different shades of color. The neon sign good vibes only was so cool. The rest of the house was beautifully appointed, felt like a coastal luxury retreat I highly recommend this place and 30Abeach Girls. I will be staying again.

The photos don't do this home justice! The property is amazing and large and easy to move about for everyone, even my elderly parents. The kitchen, living area and backyard are stunning. We didn't want to leave! It was so easy talking with everyone at 30a beach girls. They responded to text messages in seconds. They answered questions and helped us whenever we needed. They even delivered our groceries and arranged a second golf cart.
The kitchen was VERY well stocked with all the basics and small appliances and pots/pans. The pool was the center of attention, the golf cart was driven EVERYWHERE I think we put 100 miles on it, the bikes were also used a lot. All beds were comfortable and the dining table made every meal even better, it fit our whole family. I've already been recommending this house to my friends and family. This is a beautiful home and property that was perfect in every way for our family. We are looking forward to another fantastic stay here in the future. Thank you!! Tim and Phoebe!

We had heard wonderful things about the area of 30A, but we had absolutely how amazing the house at Shady Palms was going to be. I have to say that it is FAR more amazing in person than it is online, which is saying a lot. We were able to have multiple families there comfortably, and everyone was able to feel like they had their own spaces. The convenience to the beach as well as the access to the golf cart and the pool really made us feel like we didn't need anything else.
If you go, I highly recommend taking advantage of some of the services that the 30A Beach Girls offer. We felt spoiled our entire vacation, and from the fresh cookies when we arrived to the beach bonfire, to our grocery order waiting in the fridge, we felt like everyone involved went above and beyond.
We will DEFINITELY be returning!

Overall the house was great. Things that need attention: 1) we had to request to have the yard mowed, the pool still had weeds everywhere and growing under the fence. 2) loose doorknob in master bath 3) back porch ceiling fan light and strung lights inoperable - would be nice to have those 4) only 1/2 the grill would light. I think the house just needs a once over by maintenance. The only downfall of the house is no pantry space.

The house was great, very spacious! We had a great beach getaway with a large group, everyone had plenty of space and their own beds. The house is a great location between Rosemary and Seaside quick bike ride or golf cart ride to each. We loved the pool features after a long day on the beach. Jada and Hollie were very attentive and easy to get hold of! Would love to stay again.

This was my first time renting on VRBO, couldn't have had a better first experience. Hollie and Kelly were the quintessential hosts, super responsive and helpful. Their place more than met our needs, everything exceeded. We were 5 moms trying to sneak in a mom - daughter trip just before the season ended. Needed a place that could accommodate the energies of 5 twelve yr olds and 4 fifteen yr olds, and still allow for the moms to relax, jump on a few work calls and visit. The place is well designed and furnished, great location - close to the beach and just a few minutes bike ride to seaside village. Will be staying here again together and individually with our families and very highly recommend.

Glad you recommended this gem, the pool area and time spent there are unreal! Central location to a bunch of stuff with the beach right down the street. 30a Beach Girls you are travel rockstars!!! The house was just perfect. Everything sparkly clean and comfortable, with space for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the ambience all around was very warm and inviting. The owner Hollie was very helpful (helped me plan a chef) and everything was very straightforward and easy. The backyard is like your private retreat! The pool, the seating all perfection! The location is also a great one—close to the beach, lots of great restaurants, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and were in easy walking, biking or golf carting distance of it all. 30a Beach Girls throws an amazing bonfire you get invited to. It was so much fun!! We can't wait to rent this property again and again!

Had plenty of space for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. Back yard pool was perfect anytime of day, slow traffic area for the kids to throw footballs and play in the front. The included bikes and golf cart was utilized all day everyday and a must. We had no issues going anywhere. The kitchen was perfectly stocked but we had to stack groceries around the kitchen counter tops. Maybe a small shelf would help with food storage, or a little rolling cart. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this property very much. Would recommend it for a great place to stay on 30a but I hate to say it, because I love this place so much! More people will want to stay here... Great for 30a beach girls, hard for us to re-book... Seriously it is the Perfect place to stay on 30a:) 30a Beach Girls provided balloons and a amazing cake for our birthday surprise. Nice touch and it won the whole family over!!

They were available from my very first outreach and gave plenty of insight to the property and clear instructions of what to do while staying & checking out. Hollie told us about her favorite restaurants and they were great. The included bonfires were so much fun, only wish they were held longer than 90 minutes.
