The property is stunning. Very clean and tidy, modern and comfortable. Incredible views of the pool and the sea/beach. They left a little care package in the room with soaps/wine/coffee etc. We really enjoyed it, it’s not really that far at all from the centre, walk along the beach and you’re at the old town in like 10 minutes. Location wise it’s brilliant, super quiet and peaceful but walkable to town or like €8 for a taxi. We would go again and stay again at Sunset drive. The beds were so comfortable, I must ask what mattress they used because I slept so well every night. I would definitely recommend!

The only thing we missed was the adult pool and bar was closed, I assume because we went late March and it opens later in the season. Getting and returning the keys was a bit annoying but we were made aware of this, so we just planned it so that we got some food around the old town whilst waiting to collect them.

Apartment complex is lovely and the apartments was clean and comfortable especially the beds. I have no complaints about the apartment but it is the rental agents BenidormBooking.com that are the real issue!

when we arrived at 8pm at the property we then had to travel 5.2 km in a taxi (return trip 11 euros) to pick up the key. While there my mum had her bag stolen in a bar and we had to book another two days in an apartment one floor down as we needed to get emergency documents to fly…again we had to taxi to the office to drop the keys to our old apartment and then wait 5.5 hours to get the keys to our 2nd apartment as check in is 4.30pm . we explained what had happened with our stolen belongings and the staff member said he would speak to the cleaners and hopefully we can check in earlier and he would ring us. this would never happen as the office is closed between 2pm and 4.30pm . we arrived at 4.30pm to be told the room was not ready! the gentleman on the desk didn’t seem to care very much and there was clearly no communication with the cleaners which they appear to sub contract in. The morning we flew home again we had to get a taxi to the office and back (another 12 euros) to drop the keys and then they deducted 70 euros for one set of keys that was taken when my mums bag was stolen ..(no email or message to let me know what they were taking) I have messaged them on this platform asking them to send proof what the 70 euros was for, so I can claim on insurance and no response…. Shocking customer service! There are other rental companies on the complex and we will use them in future …

A modern spacious apartment with an amazing sea view. Very modern infrastructure - tennis courts, soccer field, swimming pools and even a pool bar. Amazing infrastructure, close to the beach. I recommend

Key collection could be on site, it could be a little bit cleaner (in line with the highest quality apartment), no dishwasher tablets. However, these are matters that can be improved without any problems. I will be happy to come back in the future

The view was amazing. The apartment was clean and well set up. The pictures are true to reality. It is very convenient to access the beach and local restaurants.

Firstly, please note that the apartment is managed by a local booking.com office. What a nightmare. You discover, once the booking has been made, that you have to pick up the keys at another location. There is no prior mention of this fact until the payment is validated. Here is a list of the incompetence I had to deal with. 1.) The staff , who are polite and available, have not left a single instruction in the apartment. (No details of pool/gym times, no WiFi information, no details on bin disposal, not a single manual for the air con or any machines) Impossible to find the street in which to access parking on any GPS. 2.)I spent one full rental day trying to get the actual WiFi and password. They were never able to give it to me. Worse they confirmed the wrong one repeatedly. Luckily we were able to figure it out with Asiel, the only competent member of staff who came for another issue. 3.) As I arrived on a Sunday the staff only left 1 set of keys in the key box at the agency. This means that we could not move freely for the first full day of rental. They expected me to come and pick the 2nd set of keys the next day (they only open at 10). Once again Asiel, surprised by the fact that the staff would not give me a time when they would drop off the keys, went to get them for me on his own time. Please note that at no time the agency appologised or thought that any of this was out of the ordinary. When I asked for a partial refund they categorically refused indicating that I had to go through the booking.com site. Needless to say I spent five hours both on the phone and on the Internet site to no avail. Mysteriously my email only works to book expensive locations but not to initiate a complaint... ALL phone numbers indicated that they were not taking calls and that we should refer to the Internet site (which doesn't work). Overall, the apartment is great but losing a day and a half on a 5 day booking is not worth it.
