Staff was friendly and helpful. Considering, the whole Lugano was booked out for those days, they offered a very good price.

A very nice place with a perfect location and a friendly staff. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend it to everyone.

In the booking a double bed was mentioned. We got a twin bed (2x single).

In the center of Agno. Restaurants and shops around. A safe space to store the bycicles.

Location to train station and recent refurbishment of rooms

Towels were rather small. Room needed airing before letting in new clients -very musty smell could have done with opening the windows. The second bed wasnt made nor was there any sheets - had to make this up ourselves. this led to feeling rather underwhelmed on first seeing a spacious room. Breakfast was rather limited, waitress removed most of the produce before we had sat down to eat - latte was lukewarm at best.

Very friendly reception! Even after arriving too late, they kindly deposited our keycard in a safe.

Where to start? The bed was comfortable. Plenty of fluffy pillows. The bathroom was new and well designed. The wifi was blazing fast. The location was right by the station. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time I’m in the area.

The ONLY negative were the towels. They were not the best but I will take some scratchy towels if I can have everything else!

The staff was very kind. The property is pet friendly. The bed was quite comfortable.

Everything is new but somehow "soulless". The room was smelly. Couldn't define.. was it sweat or fresh building material? The window faces the busy street if you want to air the room.

Too expensive for what you get, but OK, we are in Switzerland. The hotel is situated along a busy road, so you cannot sleep with the windows open. A more quit room at the backyard costs more.

Air conditioner was pretty good, very quiet and new. Beautiful village where hotel is located.

Making a booking for this hotel, it showed that breakfast is included in price, in reality when i arrived owner of the hotel told me that I have to pay 18 euro for every person for breakfast and information about breakfast during booking was error from booking.com side. In the room during all stay I had terrible smell of cat's pee, it seems that someone lived in this room with an animal and didn' t clean up after it. Form 4 am every morning there was very loud noise from the window, because hotel is located on the most busy street. And also they dont have trash box in the room, I had to bring all trash on the first floor.

Convenient location near Agno train station, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Staff was friendly, and everything is brand new. Wifi is really good too.
