Felt like home immediately. The staff was like old friends.

There was no negative points as i recall.

the wine was wonderful, the outdoor seating area was relaxing, the town and area around it picturesque, the bed was perfect

the bathroom in our room was miniscule, and no matter what we tried, none of our devices could link to the internet

The place was very well situated in a quiet area on the border of Reil town with a lovely view of the Mosel river and valley. The host was extremely nice and welcoming. Breakfast was also very rich and tasty and the room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable and we also had a balcony overseeing the Mosel Valley.

Highly recommended. The family, especially Jutta, are very welcoming and enthusiastic hosts. The rooms are comfortable, the views to the vineyards across the Mosel excellent. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful, we hardly needed lunch. Plenty of common areas inside and out to relax, self-serve bar in the lounge. It suited us very well.

I loved the vibe, you take a bottle of wine from the fridge and just enjoy sitting on the terrace and taking in the beautiful setting. No stress, no pressure. Breakfast was really good and the owner could not be more accommodating and nice when we asked to eat breakfast on the terrace.
