This property exceeded my expectations for our recent family New Years Eve get together. The floor plan allowed plenty of space for alone time and together time. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the out door BBQ. The pool/spa area was loved by all. It is obvious the property owner tried to think of every detail to make this a great rental. Plus it is a great location!

The home was great for our family. We enjoyed the spacious layout, pool and sauna. The home was very clean and ready for our arrival. Lisa (owner) and Liz (property mgr) were very attentive to our needs and questions.

Lots of fun/enjoyment for all ages in our group.

Made many memories with friends celebrating my wife’s 65th bday. Property wam fabulous. Host was fantastic as well. Would absolutely recommend.

My New York family joined me in a very comfortable weekend while we attended a wedding at Bodega Bay. The house was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed.

The property was beautiful and spacious. My family and I take trips every year and this is one of the top homes we visited. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 adults. We relaxed, played games, enjoyed the pool. It was everything and more

The kids did not want to leave at the end, and the location is great. The pool is supposedly heated to 80 degrees but it takes about 3 days to heat up. I was unable to use the pool because it was cold but the kids were in the pool everyday.

Spacious home. Excellent amenities. House manager being next door is a bonus.

This was a great place to stay. Bringing all my friends to my hometown has always been a dream for me. Finding a place to fit all of us and such a great location was awesome. Great place to stay.

We stayed with 8 friends to Golf at Bodega Links. The house was perfect for the group. I highly recommend this house and the property owner/manager was great

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment at the house. We didn't even go to the beach. Loved having that indoor pool/hot tub/sauna and the kids love the game room. It was cold so didnt land up sitting outside, but I am sure that experience would have been fantastic. The host was amazing. I forgot something and I was able to go pick it up. If we have another weekend trip to Bodega Bay, I will definitely want to stay here again.

This place was awesome sauce , it looked exactly like the pictures the communication was good with the host , everything was working . It was clean , who ever decorated this place did a good job also, but the pool has to take the grand price

I don't think I've ever been to a place that was both better than the pictures (and the pictures are great) AND where everything worked perfectly. No issues, host was absolutely spectacular - communicative, friendly, and super responsive. The place itself is outstanding - pool and jacuzzi, both awesome, spotless and easy to use. Grill and smoker, games, fitness room, even a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. Place was immaculate when we arrived, beds were super comfortable, TVs in like every room! My son was in heaven and the whole laid back, relax vibe if the place made it easy for my parents and us to all chill out, reconnect and really make some fun memories. This was so nice, as it was the first time my parents had gotten to be with their grandson since 2021. I loved our time here, and will most certainly be back!

A group of my friends and I stayed the weekend for a guys golf getaway. We had a blast! The rental was perfect for after golf relaxing in the spa and pool. We comfortably fit eight adults into the house for the weekend. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house.

Wish we could give this more than 5 stars - this place is one of a kind! As soon as we arrived we felt at home - nicely decorated & very comfortable - We didn’t lack for anything. Husband and teenage grandsons were very entertained with pool, hot tub, sauna, weight room and games - such great memories - this place is hard to beat! We’re already looking at return dates - Thanks Lisa!

Our family had our first annual girls trip with ages 21-70 and it was the perfect location for staying indoors (during the winter and while raining) but also not too far to the water and other places if you wanted to get out. The host was excellent to work with and we will consider going back again.

The house is even better in person—the pictures, while beautiful, don’t do justice to how lovely the property is. The entire family enjoyed the stay. We ranged in age from 9-67 and there was something for all of us. The indoor pool, the spa, and the sauna were perfect for a winter stay when it is sometimes cold and foggy. Our only complaint and it is very minor, is that the hot tub was set for 102 and we like the water warmer than that.

Amazing house with indoor pool and hot tub. Had a fabulous outdoor built in grill but was too cold and rainy to use. Will definitely come back with the family!

We rented this incredible home to celebrate my husband's 40th with some friends. I can not say enough good things about Lisa and the experience offered by this place! I've never seen anything like it. When you walk in the front door you are immediately greeted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room to your right, and stairs down to an indoor pool and spa oasis on the left. My husband called our weekend here the best birthday of his life. Now for kiddos to Lisa ...the weekend we were traveling was right in the middle of a huge storm. There were road closures, power outages, etc all over the area. She always responded to my questions within minutes and helped us navigate the chaos quickly and with ease. In the end it all turned out perfect. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a blast at this rental. We were a group of three families with kids ranging from 2 to 10 years and had a great time here. Clean and well-appointed with responsive management. We were a little worried about safety of the pool with the kiddos but found that the locking door to the pool area and the baby gate at the stairs really put as at ease. This is a fun house especially for the rainy season when you can’t count on being able to spend much time outside — plenty to do in the house and it was very comfortable and clean.

This house is great, the pool area was just perfect since its was raining outside the grandkids enjoyed it so much. The house looks just like the pictures or even better. Lisa is great to work with and very responsive. We look forward to our next trip back. Thanks Lisa for having us.

My family and I visiting this wonderful property to celebrate our grandmothers 80th birthday. Every square inch of the home is clean and decorated well. It's visually breathtaking inside and out. We all had fun in the pool and hot tub area, and enjoyed family dinners in the dining room. There were games for us to play and a beautiful kitchen for us to cook together. The hosts were available at a moments notice for anything we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze. I am looking for a reason to come back! They beds were so comfortable, we were all well rested for our visit to the bay for some fresh oysters. Thank you so much Lisa, hope to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful weekend away at the house. The pool/spa area was great for the kids, especially given the rainy weather we had outside. Everything was in working order and Lisa was wonderful and super communicative!

Spent the weekend with my family in this beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean home. The pool and spa area are even better than pictured, the living spaces are comfortable and the outdoor kitchen is a dream. Loved the nearby Marina and shops. We were blown away. One of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed at. This place has it all. Great location, great layout, relaxing atmosphere, amazing outdoor BBQ area... I can go on and on. Truely fun for everyone. Really set up perfectly for a very relaxing get away trip. We definitely will be back.

Hated leaving this place. Everything was perfect…beautiful pristine home, amazing indoor pool and amenities, and amazing hosts (Lisa & Stephanie). Definitely a go to place for us the next time we plan our next extended stay in Bodega Bay.

Fantastic property, immaculately kept and centrally located - slightly removed from the beach town hustle and bustle but just two quick turns and you’re in the thick of it. Less than a mile to the nearest beach and just a few more to any on the Sonoma Coast. Super responsive host and property manager we’re available with just a few minutes notice to answer/address any questions or concerns. Indoor pool and spa were a huge hit with the kids, as ocean swimming on the north coast is too cold year round. Four spacious bedrooms upstairs and plenty of common space for all, with an absolutely fab pool/spa/rec space/kitchen and outdoor access downstairs made this house the perfect gathering place for multigenerational family fun and togetherness. WiFi speed was fantastic, running multiple devices without lag. Fully fenced & gated compound meant we felt safe and secure day and night. Large upper deck provided a serene spot for coffee while watching the green belt critters come to life every morning. Huge tub in master suite perfect for soaking those soar muscles after a boisterous beach day. Super quiet neighborhood and extra comfy beds provided for maybe the best sleep I have ever had on vacation. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed but excellent little grocery / deli was less than a mile away and open throughout the week. As with many beach / resort towns, some restaurants and shops are closed Tues & Wed (in summer) so be prepared to eat in. Plenty of pots/pans/table settings provided for 7 of us to only do dishes once a day, something that is not guaranteed at many vacation rentals, it seems. Grill and outdoor heaters worked well and made for a great spot to chat and eat while the kids swam well into the evening. Despite my best efforts, cannot think of one area for improvement aside from maybe more spare paper products (Kleenex, paper towels, etc) for those less prepared guests. Already planning our return next summer and really looking forward to staying at this gorgeous Bodega Bay retreat again. Hats off to Lisa and her team, they have really nailed the formula!

A wonderfully comfortable home that simultaneously accommodated the needs of a newborn and late night swimmers.

The pictures do not do this property justice. You must see the inside in person to really appreciate it. This house is extremely clean and well decorated, it felt like home. From the artwork to the tiles and fixtures everything is thoughtful and well matched. I stayed here with my husband and adult son and we had such an amazing time! The indoor pool and hot tub provide hours of endless entertainment without having to worry about bugs or sunburns, it was everyone’s favorite. My son loved the game room and my husband loved the outdoor kitchen/smoker/ grill and indoor gym/infrared sauna. There are bikes you can ride and plenty of towels to use! Each bed was extremely comfortable and well made. The location of this home is wonderful for outdoor activities! Just a 20 minute walk to the beach or a few minutes by car. Walk the beach, ride horses on the beach, use kayaks by the Bay. So many great trails to hike as well! Plenty of dishes in the kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided. A TV in every room you would like one to be and plenty of extra pillows and throw blankets. We made some amazing memories here and I will certainly come back again. Lisa is a great host and we knew if we needed anything she would respond in a timely manner. Things to note or consider : 1. Eat at Spud point at least once, it’s delicious. 2. No traditional fast food in the area so buy and bring things for making sandwiches or grilling because all that swimming will make you hungry. 3. There is a Foghorn “beep” that occurs every 5 seconds. I didn’t even notice it until the first night at bedtime. Sounds like a beep from an appliance in the distance when you are in the house. If you are sensitive bring earplugs for sleep. By the second night I was used to it and slept with no problem. The men didn’t even notice it until I pointed it out and they had no trouble sleeping through it. I felt like a vacation hero because they commented so many times how glad they were that I found this place. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!
