It was clean, the amenities were all there,
The staff were very friendly and responsive to my messaging.
For the price that this was it was absolutely worth it
The front door was awful, if this were an elderly couple I couldn't imagine they'd be able to even get into the property! The owners also are clearly aware of it as the instructions for getting inside had been pre-written, it seriously needs addressing.
The bottle of soap in the bathroom was blatantly previously empty and had been filled with a bit of water and shaken around.

Great apartment with good facilities and certainly better value for a family of five instead of a couple of hotel rooms.
The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the sofa was really good quality and very supportive.
The bathroom tap could do with the fitting being tightened and we had to scrub the mugs which were very tea stained. (They are clean now!)

Location seemed a bit strange on arrival then felt ok. Television channels didn’t come as message showing No cables connected.
Metal structure beds can be uncomfortable for heavy person!!

Lovely Modern flat, clean place. Parking included. Easy to find. Lighting good with colour light bulb in lamp with a remote.
Their was only enough cutlery and plates for 4 people although 6 in our party. No tray to cook food on in the oven.
Sofa bed was hard uncomfortable and only really big enough for one person.

The apartment was close to city, had parking facility, very clean and tidy place
It was advertise as sleep 6, but maximum 5 people can sleep. mattress were not that good, also Sofa bed can only be suitable for 1 person and is not comfortable to sleep.

Very clean and spacious flat close to a bus route into the city centre. Great shower and television!
Could have benefitted from different pillows or perhaps some spare ones. I noticed there weren't any sharp kitchen knives either, but we didn't prepare any meals so it wasn't an issue.

There was a TV screen however it was not a smart TV and there was nothing hooked up to it to provide any kind of service and it was incapable of linking to our phone/tablet, so it was basically useless.
Tea and coffee consisted of 3 random tea bags and no coffee.
Had been given strict instructions to use a particular parking space but it wasn't vacant.
Area is not very central. Lots of noise from other apartments. Will not return.

stunning property, great host & a perfect position. couldn’t be happier

Good size for 5 adults overnight. Great facilities- washing machine, iron, ironing board etc. Nicely decorated.
The bathrooms and kitchen, bedding and furniture were all clean, however the floor wasn’t. There were spills, rubbish and marks on the floors in the living room and both bedrooms. Even a piece of chewing gum on one of the bedroom windowsill. We contacted the property management and they apologised, but it did tarnish the stay. And the beds are really too soft to bed comfortable.
