Very good location for us, as we had family events to attend nearby. Easy to walk into Uppermill, if it hadn't rained so much! Excellent garden centre nearby.

directions as to actual location of road - no details given eg entrance on road to school - sign to Walkmill could not be seen until we had made turning off the main road. We were a bit nervous about the burglar alarm, not quite clear when one had to press 'full' button -but we're not familiar with burglar alarms!

Looked very nicely furnished. Good location.

The double mattress was extremely firm/hard to the point of us not being able to sleep. The sofa was also very uncomfortable. We had to check out early. The kitchen sink and washing up bowl were dirty and stair carpet very stained.

Loved everything and are already planning our next stay. The property was immaculate and tbe parking space was an added bonus

Small but perfectly formed - it is a very charming end of terrace, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and it is a great location - very quiet and close to some beautiful scenery. We were visiting Manchester and this was only 40 mins in and out of the city but significantly less expensive and with some natural beauty surroundings as well!

I am very tall (6'5") and the bed was fractionally too small for me - but not enough to spoil the stay!

Lovely and clean. Space on drive for two cars if you park very close together.

Couldn’t figure out how to turn on thermostat, it was just slightly chilly on a grey wet day. however cooking on the gas warmed it up enough.
