Seven Palms was the perfect house for our beach vacation. Everything was very clean, the kitchen equipment is well-stocked and the decor is beautiful, updated and comfortable! Quick walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood towards the west end of oak Island. Carrie kept me updated on Debby the week before our trip. She also made sure pool was cleaned and ready for our stay (the beach was red flagged for most of our trip).
We are looking forward to returning soon!

After vacationing in OBX for over 40 years,we wanted to explore new options. We found Oak Island and Seven Palms meet all of our needs. We were quite impressed by the accommodations there. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, with spectacular views. The pool area, immaculately maintained, surrounded by palm trees is a piece of paradise. Sitting on the porch ocean side offers ocean breeze, keeping you cool even on the blistering heat of the day. The back balcony facing the sound provides a view of spectacular sunsets. The wide, uncrowded beach is a short walk away. There is places to find shade during the day under the house where you are cooled by the ocean breeze. The kitchen is well equipped and esthetically pleasing. The bedrooms are pleasantly decorated and most importantly the mattresses are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating I highly recommend Seven Palms, you will not he disappointed.

Our family had a great stay at Seven Palms! We loved the house, the location and easy access to the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, dining outside and the overall laid back feel of Oak Island. The pool was also a nice way to relax after a day at the beach. Carrie was a pleasure throughout the entire process - very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family beach trip. Open floor plan, clean, comfortable. Walk to the beach was short and pool was nice for the afternoons. Good ocean view porch. Beds were comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay at Seven Palms. The house was as lovely as the pictures and very clean upon arrival. The home owner even allowed us to enter early for our arrival as there were no previous guests the week before. We had one minor issue with the Roku tv which was immediately fixed by the homeowner via a phone call. I highly recommend this home, not only for the location, pool, and what all it has to offer but especially for how responsive and kind the homeowners are! Staying somewhere you feel comfortable and appreciated is totally worth it for me. 5 stars all the way. We will come again!!

Wonderful house that had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We had an infant and both sets of grandparents overlap all at once with plenty of space between the living area and all of the outdoor spaces. Kitchen is fully stocked and outdoor dining options are a plus. Great to have the pool to quickly relax without lugging beach supplies anywhere. Front porch is shaded for nearly the entire day with a nice cross breeze given the house’s location in between the beach and the marsh. Quietest part of Oak Island. Busiest part of the day is the sunset which never disappointed. Enjoy it from the wraparound porch or make the short walk to the most western point for unobstructed views every night. Great communication from the host during our stay.

This was our second time staying at Seven Palms. Carrie is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond for her guests. You can tell she really loves making sure the guests have a great stay and are comfortable.
The house is awesome. I feel like a lot of vacation rentals really pack in the furniture and it ends up feeling crowded, but at Seven Palms there’s still space to walk around (and floor space for kids to play and crawl around!). Plenty of comfy seating, but designed to fit the space well!

The pool is a great hit… when you’ve exhausted yourself out at the beach you can still have plenty of outdoor fun on the property.
Want to listen to the waves? The front porch is perfect. Take your warm mug, a blanket, and listen to/watch the ocean as the sun rises.
I finally want to give a big shoutout to the hosts for being so accommodating to children at their property. From dishes and utensils to baby gates and activity books, they are a great place for family getaways!

We booked this for my wife's birthday with both sets of grandparents and this home was perfect. It was equipped with all the necessities that our family needed from bedding to towels and kitchen things. I'd give more than five stars for customer service. We were taken care of and management responded immediately to any of our needs. We would definitely recommend this house and we will be returning sooner than later.

Seven Palms has been perfect for our growing family! Lots of space and amenities allowing us to chill, play games, cook, be together or have some quiet alone time. We’ve definitely spent many hours rocking on the wrap around balcony reading or watching the boats go by!
The location of the house in Oak Island is perfect-Close to a beautiful quiet beach, gorgeous sunsets and a few local spots within walking distance.
The hospitality of Carrie and Kevin is world class! Their team makes sure you have the best vacation!

This is the third year of family has rented this home. We enjoy the location on the island, the pool, and the kindness of Carrie and Kevin. The home is nice and open. Plenty of room inside and outside for family dinners or just sitting around visiting. The home is very well taken care of.

11 of my friends and I stayed here for a week and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a wagon to haul our beach supplies to the beach and sand toys/chairs/umbrellas for us to use. The walk to the beach access was super quick and the beach was far enough down the island that it wasn't super busy. The pool was also amazing. Prior to our stay, a few people in our group were concerned about it being salt water, but you could barely even tell! I preferred it to chlorine by a landslide. Restaurants, ice cream shops, and grocery stores were reasonably close and easy to get to. The property manager was so kind, helpful, and communicative. She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of my questions quickly leading up to the trip. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our family of seven. The kitchen was spacious and the open floor plan worked really great for our group. The pool was a nice respite from the beach and the front porch offered good seating with a view. We liked being near The Point because there was less traffic and it felt calmer. Definitely walk The Point at sunset (and at low tide). There were a few minor items that Carrie was able to help us with very quickly so we appreciated the ease of communicating with the host. We highly recommend Seven Palms!

My grandchildren talk about “the red house” they have gone to last several years. Now they will remember “the orange house”! They immediately claimed the loft area as “their lair” for playing in. The house was enjoyable esp the front porch with the shade and breeze it provided. The pool was great to have ,and kitchen very well equipped. Almost forgot very clean! Had a great time!
