My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights this house is wonderful , very cozy home great kitchen super comfortable bed . I would highly recommend this house .We loved the area spent time down town at several of the bars & restaurants. The locals are so friendly. We will definitely be back

Property & home were very nice. Front patio very relaxing for morning coffee & interior of home very cute with modern touches. Nice getaway from the hustle & bustle of the city!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. The location is within walking distance to town. The beds are comfortable and there are nice showers in both bathrooms. We especially enjoyed sitting outside, both at the table in the front area of the home as well as the nice deck area off the master bedroom. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was very comfortable. This home was very well appointed too. It was wonderfully quiet, feeling like we were in the woods, but a few minutes walk from town.

Needed to be in town for a night with my 4 kids. As a single mom with two sets of twins, it isn’t always easy to find the right space for us to stay. This house had absolutely everything we needed! It’s clean, beautiful, nestled in the trees with ample indoor and outdoor space to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable.
My kids said they wished we lived there :)

Great location! Close to town. Cozy surroundings. Very comfortable overall. We would have loved mirrors in the bedrooms to free up bathroom. The Keurig coffee machine gave us trouble but luckily there was a drip available.

This is not our first visit and we continue to be impressed by the property's location and amenities as well as the management. It was a delight to be back in Nevada City enjoying the comfort and spaces of the house. The front outdoor patio was great for late night dinners. Highly recommend this property.

Our friends visiting from England wanted to learn more about Gold Rush history. This location of the house was perfect. The house was welcoming, quiet, clean, and had everything we needed.

We were 4 friends enjoying a weekend away. We chose the house for close proximity to shops, restaurants and hiking trails. The house is just perfect size, each with our own bed. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Very easy and fast communication with owner. We all had a great time and each said "we would love to rent this house again." Very quiet neighborhood, which was important to us. A great find. Thank you

there were 4 of us, and all 4 beds were very comfortable. The house is well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. The only addition we think would be helpful is a banister/rail to hold onto going down the front steps. It was very icy while we were there and the stairs were very slippery and dangerous to use.

I loved this house!! I will definitely visit it again. It was immaculate and roomy. All the comforts of home!! The only draw back was that there were no handrails for the steps. I was with someone who really needed the handrails to get up and down. It was rainy and icy, so a handrail would have been good. We managed. I absolutely love this house. It has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere!!.

In town for a wedding. Beautiful quiet house with plenty of room to gather with friends and family. Secluded property yet close to town. Very much enjoyed our stay. Sarah responded quickly to all communication - house was clean tastefully decorated and check in - check out process was a breeze! Would definitely rent this property again!

The house is very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. We loved the fact that there was a smart lock (no keys), an ice maker in the freezer, air conditioning, and plenty of towels. The house is in a great location - a beautiful quiet neighborhood just a short walk from Nevada City's historic downtown.
We definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.

Enchanted Cottage
As advertised and more. We are already talking about returning. Peaceful surroundings, lovely grounds.
Nice for a friends or family get away.
Light, clean, well appointed and comfortable, with a surprise yoga nook. We dined outdoors and sat out on the back balcony daily enjoying the trees and sound of the water in the distance.
