It was very clean, facilities were very well. owner was respectful. every thing was great. I had problems with my mobile phone and ask the security to help me, they were very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The location was good and the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The area is quiet and there is a convenience store on the premise, as well as a mall across the river.

The property did not have a lot of outdoor space (no balcony, extra charge to use the pool).

The host was amazing and the facilities were amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there and the host was a phenomenal one. She was very helpful and kind towards us. She was also very accommodating to us. I would definitely recommend this place when in Manila. The building was so beautiful and everyone was super nice. It was super clean too.
