Excellent location close to all the major sights, spacious apartment as seen on the photos, well equipped and clean, gelataria just across the road! Would stay there again.
Nothing major but it is on the 4th floor and we couldn’t get the small lift to work - none of the keys seemed to fit. it wasn’t a big problem as we sent one of us up the stairs to call the lift when moving luggage etc. It is on a major road so there was some noise from the streets and surrounding restaurants- not enough to be a problem though.

Comfortable and sinny
No elevator access. 4th floor. Ovet 80 marble, slippery stairs. Very difficult with standard luggage
Not recommended for seniors or people with disabilities.

The location is fantastic, it is in the middle of the city center. To get to the apartment you will have to climb some stairs but you will get used to that quickly. The apartment is very big and looks very nice as well. There are lots of closets so you can easily stay there with a group of people.

We booked for a two room apartment for two people. That is one room each when we got there only one double bed was made up and no beds where prepared in the ohter room. We managed to find some bedding to make up another bed but we couldnt decicde if it had been used or not. I had previously sent a message to ask for two double beds.
Also we couldnt use the TV as there were no controls for it. It was ver noisey at night until the early hours of the morning so it was difficult to get any sleep.

Big apartment with great location (near to all the main tourist attractions), enough space for a family of 4
The flat was not very well equipped, some important kitchen utensils missing and not even salt available. The building is quite noisy at night but that comes with the good location in the middle of the city center which is loud. Service was not great. They asked us to confirm our arriving time in advance and they were asking for updates all the time. Finally we arrived at the flat and the cleaning was not done. They delivered the flat weet and unfinished, eventhough they knew exactly the time we were coming.

The location is perfect.
There was nothing extra and the minimum stuff was missing. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. I would think that there would be at least more than 3 tiny buts of TP. We did purchase 4 rolls. Curious if it will be left for remaining guests.

The location is fantastic - definitely right in the heart of the city! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, plenty of space for our Party of 5! If you’re fit and able to climb stairs easily, this is a perfect apartment for your stay!
We had someone with limited mobility in our group, and although it says elevator in the description, you should know that there are 30 stairs before you reach the elevator. When we were visiting in June it was very hot and there were only two fans available for the three rooms (and one fan was definitely not safe for children).

The location is very good, in the central of Bologna. Really big apartment, comfortable for 6 people.
Mr. Ramon helped us to find bike rental company.
The kitchen is not well equipped. There is no corkscrew to open a bottle of wine.

Excellent location! the apartment is spacious and can easily host up to 6 persons. Nothing more than that.
We were charged 40 euros for late check in. We were given just one set of keys (we were 5), so we had to move together at all times. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and n order to use the lift (which can be used only by 2, maximum 3 persons at the same time) you need a key, so some of us had to climb the stairs each time. the apartment provides nothing extra (no coffee, water etc). When we asked where the toilet paper is stored the exact answer was: "We offer only paper for the first moments, not for the whole stay, you must buy yours" (and we just stayed for 2 1/2 days). The shower has to be fixed (not enough water pressure).

Great location. The apartment has so much potential; then again, the price makes it worthwhile.
The apartment needs an upgrade, especially the shower. It's just too worn out.

The lack of air conditioning. We didn't manage to sleep well these days even though we had some fans as it was really hot.

Very good & convenient location to explore Bologna. Big and nice appartment.
Would not recommend for families (1. very long stairs, small elevator starts only on 1st floor, 2. owners who live next door very sensitive to noise/children playing). Could be a bit more clean, but was ok.

Light and Airy. Spacious. Great Location. Loads of storage.
Could not use Lift and we were on the Third floor six flights of stairs. Main shower didn’t work properly.
