Beautiful house and extremely well stocked kitchen as well as games, towels, and blankets. Very nicely decorated. Nice large porch with pretty views. Great neighborhood for hilly walking.

We had an amazing time in Stowe and that was largely due to the excellent house we stayed at. There was clearly so much thought put into laying out this house for the comfort and ease of use of those who rent it. My wife and I highly recommend booking this listing. The location to the center of Stowe was phenomenal, the porch, the jacuzzi, the fire pit, and last but not least the finish basement we're all wonderful.

The house is beautifully renovated with all the amenities you could want. Hot tub, games in the basement, etc. (extremely clean, too). Close enough to restaurants, etc but far enough away to feel secluded. Michelle was easy to get a hold of when we asked if we could get into the house a little bit earlier because we arrived earlier than we anticipated. Would highly, highly recommend & we definitely will be back!

Michelle was a wonderful host! Her home is beautifully decorated and equipped with EVERYTHING one would need for an enjoyable vacation. All appliances are new, kitchen is clean and well stocked, bedrooms have comfortable beds and bedding, bathrooms have soft towels and radiant heat, game room is fun and hot tub is awesome after skiing. What a great place!!

Our vacation was amazing! This rental has it all, it’s close to town, skiing and if you don’t want to do anything you can just relax. I am a very licking person when it comes to sheets and cleanliness. The sheets were super soft and the house was very clean. We went snowboarding, snowmobiling and horse back riding. The kids had snowball fights, built a snowman and enjoyed the night it snowed heavy. We even went in the Ho tub, we all had an amazing time!

If it were possible to give this location and Michelle more than 5 stars I would. Michelle was very easy going and very quick to reply with any questions I had. During our stay we had a fairly significant snow fall overnight and Michelle made sure the driveway was plowed the next morning. The house is close to Stowe's lower village (about a10 minute car ride) and close to the Mountain Road. There is plenty of dining and breweries. Outdoor activities are all around. We cross country skied at the Trapp Family Lodge-which I would highly recommend. The house was in perfect condition, it was very clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen is very well appointed, with every tool a chef would need. It even had a generous spice rack-which I've never seen in a rental before. The house itself was beautiful with a fireplace in the living room. The basement family room was large, with a large very comfortable couch, air hockey table and arcade machine. We had an epic air hockey tournament. There is plenty to do if you want to. The out door hot tub was fantastic. Sitting in it with the snow falling was super relaxing. I can't stress enough how Michelle made the stay more enjoyable. I've stayed in other rentals, where the owner is impossible to get a hold of and is only seemingly wanting to take your money. Michelle is not like that at all. She really, truly wants to make your stay as memorable and as comfortable as possible. She even emailed me after our first night to make sure everything was to our liking. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Upgraded appliances, hot tub, gorgeous location and close to town. The owner Michelle could not have been more accommodating to us.

We loved this house! We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's and this one was by far the cleanest. Location was out of town which we prefer. Great outdoor amenities. Plenty of wood for the fire pit. The hot tub was great for relaxing in after hiking. All the little extras made for an enjoyable stay. Plenty of blankets throughout the house. The provided bathroom products. The tea, coffee, hot chocolate, syrup... the list goes on and on. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

So bright and beautifully decorated. We used the firepit and hot tub and all the games in the basement. So fun. Weather and trees really were the pay off this first week of October. Loved our stay. Kitchen was great and had everything.

Relaxing week in Vt. House was newly renovated. House manager was responsive with questions/minor issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Stowe country cape. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered all the amenities we were looking for. The owners responded right away when I had questions and were very helpful. I look forward to staying at the rental again next time I’m visiting Stowe.

House is completely redone, lovely and comfortable. This is not a 3 bedroom house, however...it is a 2 bedroom with a pull-out in the den off living room. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for our ski weekend at Stowe and because of the melt the very long and very windy road up to the house was complete mud...trenches over a foot deep. We have a four wheel vehicle so we were able to navigate the road (it was crazy!); it would be totally impossible for a car to get up. This should be noted in description.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle's Stowe house! The place is recently renovated and she did a great job with decorating - it was so cute and comfortable and you can tell there was a lot of thought that went into making it a great rental. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we need (all that little stuff you forget to pack - salt, coffee, Tupperware). We took advantage of the game room, hot tub, deck and firepit which made it feel like a real Vermont vacation and were so fun up on the hill looking down. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and supplies. A couple things to note - we were two families with small children (ages 1-4). We were a little thrown off that the first floor bedroom is more of a den that opens right to the living room with a pull out couch. For us, we couldn't really put any of the kids sleeping there and the adults couldn't sleep there without leaving kids alone upstairs. We ended up with each family taking one of the upstairs bedrooms and the kids slept in bed with us or in their pack and plays. It ended up working fine but was a little more crowded than we'd anticipated. Rereading the listing, she describes it fine but I misinterpreted it as being a true third bedroom which it isn't. Also, she'd warned us there was no kid supplies and the stairs are steep but the kids did great and the layout actually worked well that the first floor was pretty open and they could play within sight of wherever the adults were. Second, it's up a big hill off route 101 about 10 min from Stowe village (it looks closer on the map but takes a bit to get up the hill!). We had SUVs so we were fine and the roads were paved and sanded, but be aware in case you're going in a smaller car or there's snow coming down during the ride. Michelle was very responsive via text and helpful with whatever little things we needed. I would definitely stay here again, just maybe with only one family or if it was only adults. If I ever get my own Vermont house, I'd basically want it to be just like this place and already can't wait to go back!
