Great place with a great view. I wish we had had more time to enjoy the property!

Port Orchard is a great place, and Manchester pub was one of our favorites. The home is quite remote, the view in the pictures is taken from the balcony which is not accessible to you. The rooms you stay in are in the basement and there is no view unless you walk to the other side of the property. There are no controls for heat or AC so you cannot adjust anything for temperature. There is also no kitchen, it says kitchenette, that is not accurate, there is a microwave, coffee maker, and a small fridge. There is no cabinets, plates, or silverware, and no sink. There is a grill, but with nothing to eat on. The place is stocked with a minimum of supplies, for example there were two of us and we had two towels, no wash cloths, and no hand towels. The setting. Is beautiful, quiet, and you can sit in the yard and watch the boats go hy. We enjoyed staying there but it was not a normal VRBO experience. This is like a hotel room out in the middle of nowhere. As long as it suits your needs, you will love it, just know what you are getting.

What we disliked most was that the description is very misleading. It’s a bit of a walk to the waterfront with only an obstructed view of the water from the lower level. Sheets were very low quality. Woke up to a blast of heat at 6:30 am and no way to turn it down so my guess it’s controlled by the main house. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough . Checked in at 8 pm out at 8 am!

We had to call Expedia for the code to get in. No contact at all on key code. It took 40 minutes to get this.

Very clean, comfortable, and pleasant surroundings. Best suited for overnight use because of lack of kitchen facilities. It was sn outstanding experience for our purposes.

Great place to relax or go on an adventure. Loved the easy access to the state park.

Nestled away from other residential homes where we had privacy after a long camping trip. It was a great way to complete our holiday.

What a peaceful place. Quiet, secluded, clean, beautiful views. The house was spotless & provided everything we needed for our stay. The walk into the State Park was amazing. We saw deer, seals, a couple otters & even a camel (not in the wild lol). Perfect central location for our trip between Olympic National Park & Seattle. Mt. Rainier National Park is also fairly easy day trip.

The location was great for us! We could look out of the yard to see the puget sound! Often seeing ferries and other boats going by! Love the smell of the ocean and being right next door to Manchester State Park! The rooms were clean and were very spacious for my bigger family! Would of liked a more of kitchen to prepare meals and a little more local flavor in the decor but we would stay here again in a heart beat! In the morning we went to a cute little coffee shop close by with various yummy breakfast options! And a view of Seattle from the dock at that location just around the corner!

We loved our stay. We will be back in the future. Great little place. Great location next to the park and near the beach. Very clean. Just what we needed. Loved the large walk in shower too.

We had a friendly greeting from the host, who showed us a shortcut to the Manchester State Park trail. All of us enjoyed watching the wildlife that frequented the backyard. Overall, it was a hidden gem in a nice quite neighborhood.

The property in overal is very nice and clean, the view and the area is perfect, communication with the owner also helpfull BUT I chose this property because, apart from being nice and clean, it also said it's only 10miles from Seattle, where we went for the atractions and all the stuff...But the reality was we had to take the ferry to get there and still drive from the ferry..with the waiting for the ferry it took us 2hours straight to get there from Seattle and arrived to the accommodation at midnight...if you want to stay somewhere for the nice and quiete weekend I highly sugest this place, but for an overnight stay for seing Seattle it's a little bit too far...

The actual accommodations were fine. Beds were fine, a little hard but worked. The shower and bathroom were amazing. The location was nice and safe in gated property. It was very cold in the place and we had no access to any heating devices. We messaged the owner and it took her. Three hours to turn our heat on, as she was out of town. The living room didn't have a TV, but the bedrooms did. There was a microwave, fridge, minimal disposable plates, silverware, cups. No trash bags. The place was cleaned ok there was a ball of hair in my bed sheets (otherwise pretty clean). They had tons of games and fun things to do for kids, that was a huge plus. Overall 3/5 due to limited communication, not able to control climate, limited kitchen items, and ok comfortably for furniture.

We spent a night at the property for a girls’ night-out. We were happy to find a listing with a water view and came prepared to spend an evening of sipping wine, chatting and cooking together while enjoying a view. So we were quite disappointed that the place had no kitchen or cookware/utensils. The view from the rental was just a hide-and-seek version of water through tall trees and bushes and nothing close to what’s shown in the listing. There are not any eateries nearby either. The bedrooms were specious and the beds comfortable - so we ended up sleeping longer than planned. All in all, not the getaway we planned.

The location and views were beautiful. I didn’t read the listing very well and was surprised at the lack of kitchen. We made it work and my fault for not reading the description. My friends and I enjoyed the proximity to the park and had a great time laughing and catching up with each other.

Came out to the peninsula for a wedding, nice place to stay for the evening. Cleaner, more space, better view, quieter and cheaper then any of the area hotels.

Came for my 50th birthday weekend and definitely enjoyed the views and fire pit! Only complaint was there wasn't enough wash cloths otherwise was great weekend!

Beautiful setting, very nice, well-maintained property. Priced right. I must have assumed there would be a kitchen, but for the price still well worth it. The view of the Sound is terrific with the islands and ferry traffic visible...would stay again if I could bring a camp stove to cook breakfast... !

Our stay was perfect. The setting is very tranquil and our hosts provided all the information we needed to enjoy our time.

This space was perfect for our visit because we didn't need a full kitchen. It was quiet and beautiful. The host was so kind about setting up the firepit for us to just light and enjoy. They were very flexible around the time we arrived and left. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful breathtaking views. Beautiful house. The owners super helpful and friendly. Definitely will book again. Every morning would wake up super early just to have a that hot cup of coffee and to see the breathtaking sunrise.

We only stayed for one night, however we had a great time. The unit had a separate entrance and direct access to the back yard, which was beautiful. The rooms were comfy and very clean. Very relaxing neighborhood and landscape were you can hear the sounds of the bay. The hosts were very welcoming and they even cut up some kindling for our bonfire. Thanks for the lovely stay!

We enjoyed our time. The space was beautiful, clean, and safe. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to explore the area.
