The location was great

We couldn’t use the court yard as no cushions for the chairs or settees. It looked liked it needed a clean but it wasn’t that much of a problem .

The property is decorated beautifully with lots of thoughtful touches such as baskets to put bits in, plenty of hanging space, hand washes and creams, board games, fast WiFi, lots of premuim TV channels etc. There are quality fixtures and fittings, lovely bedding and comfortable mattresses. Definitely one of the nicest interiors we have experienced in a holiday rental.

Whilst being in a perfect location for access to the beach and High Street, we did find there was significant road traffic noise which started quite early in the morning. The kids bedroom is also right next to someone's balcony/patio and my children were disturbed by late night chatting and laughing.

Only two loo rolls provide , nuot enough for 6 people, thank goodness the Coop opens early!

Good location, spacious and comfortable .

Previous occupants food not removed from fridge freezer, which seemed very strange in view of the stated cleaning costs in the agreement. Parking is known problem

The location a short walk from the High Street is excellent. The furnishings and decorations were top notch. Everything was incredibly clean when we turned up. The whole stay was incredibly comfortable and it felt like a home away from home.

The outdoor area is very nice but unfortunately very popular with the seagulls and everything is a bit sticky. It would be good to have some sort of equipment to wipe everything down - Maybe an outdoor mop? Moving the car every 2 hours between 8am-6pm was a bit of a pain. It was very possible to park in the all-day car park near the beach which is about a 10 minute walk however. Please note these are very minor 'issues' and shouldn't stop anyone staying here as it was absolutely lovely.

I’ve stayed in lots of places in Aldeburgh and this is hands down the BEST place I’ve stayed in. It’s a great please with high end furnishings and the perfect location!
