Very clean and beautifully decorated. The most comfortable bed too! Owner is very helpful. A great location to stroll into Conwy. Would highly recommend.

very clean, value for money, comfy beds, has 2 bathrooms, location was good the only thing we missed was that there is no food delivery and there isn’t much around other than the fish and chip shop.

nothing that we didn’t like but just for a bit of advise a tinny table in the living room would have been nice to be able to leave the drinks/ food. fairy was left to clean the stuff but we missed a sponge

The house was very clean throughout. The sofa and bed were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Lovely bathrooms with excellent fittings and showers. A pretty garden with decking and a summerhouse. The location was within easy walking distance into Conwy.

Great location and the accommodation was just what we wanted. We hope to return soon!

Communication with landlord was fantastic from the get go. The villa is situated within perfect walking distance into Conwy Town centre. Ideal if you have children or a dog as right on the door step there is a fenced children's play park and a large grass area where we were able to exercise our dog. The local convenience store is also at the bottom of the street. The villa itself was cosy and homely. Everything you require to make your trip comfortable. I usually struggle sleeping whilst away but the bed was amazingly comfortable that I slept incredibly. All 3 beds are immaculate as was the crisp white bedding and it was so nice to see mattress and pillow protectors on everything! Towels were provided for each guest and the bathroom again was immaculate with amazing water pressure. You have the added bonus of an extra bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with all your necessary crockery, cutlery, pans etc and a lovely touch with teabags, sugar and coffee in the jars for arrival. There was also washing up liquid and hand soap at the sink. (And handsoap in both bathrooms) There is also a fold away dining table with chairs is you like to set a table, we cooked on one night and used it comfortably with the placemats and coasters that are provided. The kitchen was roomy enough to set up our dog crate for his secure night sleeping (so he was also home from home) however the landlord does provide a dog bed (to which our boy enjoyed to use in the sitting room. If we were all sitting together to watch netflix.) And there is also a dog bowl. You have the use of the outdoor space and we were fortunate enough to have sunshine where we enjoyed breakfast outdoors. There is access to the street via the gate but we only used the front door. Overall the location of the Villa was fantastic as we visited zip world during our stay with Fforest only a 30 minute drive and the slate quarry zip world around a 40- 50 minute drive.

There was really nothing we didn't like but I will mention that the stairs in the villa are narrow and quite steep. This was not a problem at all for myself and my 2 teenage daughters, but I have mentioned this just incase some people can't manage stairs very well. Although there is a handrail on either side if you require aid. I will remember for next time to take photographs of the rooms X

Fern Villa was a home from home - we as a family of 5, 2 dogs & 1 teenager, had more than enough space. The property was very clean, had lovely bathrooms & bedrooms and in a great location. The outside space was also perfect for our dogs - We will 100% be returning.
