Location right on the beach and on safe, quiet street lined with beachfront restaurants with fresh seafood and friendly locals. Perfect for a budget traveler. Nice place to feel more immersed in the country. Not some resort bubble. More like a bed and breakfast/hostel feel. Rooms clean, simple with own bathroom and A/C. Shared kitchen to store food and cook if you like. Great place to meet fellow travelers, cook and eat. The manager, Marie is the best and also stays in the hotel. She knows the town and makes sure you have what you need or where to get it. Internet was good and I was able to do work remotely. They communicated with me consistently before I came and Marie even picked me up from the airport (30 min away) when my flight arrived at 2am! ( It was a $35 fee, but well worth it. A taxi at that hour would have been twice that much. It was also relief to not try to start navigating a new country in the middle of the night)

Location, & many restaurants nearby with so much variety in food, however please don’t use the restaurant is in the same hotel, the scam people, they don’t provide you with the exact items described on their menu, restaurant it’s not relevant to the hotel.

Very good location, right on the ocean, very clean. The stay was made at home by the very pleasant and helpful hostess Mary, whose contagious laugh I still remember. Go and you won't regret it, despite the fact that the house is a little worn.

Location a little bit outside (10min by foot) of city center and bus stations (to the best and known beaches of this area), but directly in front of the ocean (not the best beach) with restaurants around Price is kind of high, like every other place on the coast

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our last night in El Salvador by the beach! Host is extremely friendly and welcoming. You have ac, private bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, beachfront and access to the kitchen area and refrigerator. There is a restaurant underneath that can be very convenient for meals if you choose not to cook or there’s lots of options around the area.

Super comfortable room with great AC, excellent Wi-Fi, hot water, comfy beds, large well-equipped bathroom and use of washing machine. Also access to kitchen for hot water etc. Mary was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Great views over the ocean from the second floor. Restaurant downstairs. If we came to La Libertad again, we’d definitely choose to stay here.

A big room with balcony on the beach. It has a big fan and airco. The manager Mary is wonderful. The wifi did not work at first but Mary did everything to make it work There is a kitchen you can use with a big fridge. Many restaurants in the same street. Shower with hot water. 2 big comfortable beds.We recomend it.
