A small group of friends and I stayed for a long weekend away, and this house was a great home base. The kitchenware and appliances were perfect for cooking meals. The pool and jacuzzi were nice as well. Beds were mostly comfortable, though the one in the master bedroom was slightly soft and lumpy. The shower in the master bath was very slow to drain. There was a windstorm the first night that caused a lot of debris to fall into the pool, so we didn’t use it the rest of the trip.

The home is beautiful with a nice desert view. The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining. The place has so much to offer, with some definite pluses but a few misses. Very nice pool and hot tub. Pool was good for a hot day and the hot tub perfect for cool evenings. The property manager had someone come over to move the trash/recycle bins to the street and return when complete which was very nice. However, while the home was supplied with plenty of toilet paper, there wasn't a tissue box to be had. If you plan to actually use the kitchen, I recommend you check with the property manager and request a complete list of kitchen contents. Previous VRBOs had some basics including a few standard spices, but here, there was only salt, pre-ground pepper and olive oil. Literally, that was all. The ice maker wasn't working and when we arrived and there was only 1 small ice tray half-full of ice. We eventually found 1 more ice tray but we arrived on a 102 degree day. A fresh supply of ice would have been appreciated. We had to use one of the only 3 mixing bowls to store the ice. Cooking utensils were also an odd mix. There were 3 coffee makers and even a coffee grinder, which was nice, but there was only 1 barbecue-size cooking spatula, too big for kitchen use. There were rubber spatulas and an assortment of wooden spoons but we couldn't find a spatula suitable for the frying pans. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again but I might pack a little differently next time.

We love everything about this house! Clean and organized. Easy to communicate with staff. Love the layout of the house. Kitchen had all the utensils I needed. Easy check in and out. Adults/teens enjoyed the pool AND jacuzzi! We hated to leave! Wish I could've started longer! Follow the rules of the house and you won't be disappointed!

This was a great experience with my family. We enjoyed the pool and fhe scenery. Only complaints were the beds (uncomfortable) Overall, it was a wonderful place! Defenately will be returning in the future.
