The house was very cute, modern, clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the wifi. There was a local outage, and when it was resolved, the router needed reset. Had we realized it was resolved, we could have probably reached out to have the owner remotely reset it (it wasn’t accessible) sooner. Not normally a big deal, but we were working on wedding plans while our family was together, and that held us up a bit. The grill, the hot tub, the deck were all very nice and enjoyable. The kitchen was lacking in necessities. We bought a pizza to cook, but there were no pans. There were no kitchen washcloths, sponges, or towels. We had to buy a sponge and a pan for a tray. We had to dry our dishes with paper towels being that there was only one dishwasher pack and we used the dishes more than once. There were only salt and pepper packets like you’d get at a fast food place as far as seasonings. If you’re not planning to hang out in the house and use the kitchen, it would be a great option. Or if you’re prepared and know to bring your own supplies, that would be great. We loved the house, so I was hesitant to write these negatives. But we would have liked knowing what to expect. The one other thing…no top sheet on the bed. That was strange to me. We found it the 2nd night on top of the bed, as if for decoration. I understand that may be the new trend, but in a rental, I really would have felt more comfortable with a layer between the bed and the comforter.

We were very pleased with the property. It was as described on the listing, and fulfilled our expectations. The house was clean and well appointed. The back patio, hot tub area and fire pit were exceptional areas to be enjoyed. Our only suggestions include a couple of dish towels. It would also be nice to use some WD-40 or lubricant on the interior doors. We would rent this property again.

Nice quiet area of town and near the food trucks and new brewery; great location. Enjoyed the early mornings and the evenings on the large back patio…hot tub was perfect. Really enjoyed the large main bedroom and bathroom; live that shower!!

The house is new, spacious, stylish and very comfortable. Thank you so much to the Owners who paid attention to each tiny detail to make our staying here unforgettable. We had welcoming bathroom kits and full dispensers of body wash and shampoos in every bathroom. Each nightstand had apple phone and watch charges. Kitchen had all necessary dishes/utensils, even pressure cooker and Keurig machine with variety coffee capsules. Couple of things that we couldn’t find there were kitchen towels and oven mittens. But we survived :) The covered patio is beautifully decorated. Hot tub, rocking chairs, cabana and wooden dining table. Fire pit area is a huge plus. Our family spent here 4 great Thanksgiving days. If we decide to visit Lago Vista area again, this house will be our top priority option to stay.

The house was so pretty and super clean. We had several families with us and we all fit well in the very roomy house. The master bedroom and bath is so pretty. We really enjoyed using the hot tub, and the backyard views are an added bonus.
