Great place. Very nice location

Arriving late on Christmas Eve, we were pleasantly pleased with the easy check in experience. The house was amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and the pool area was tropical. Everything about the stay was five star and we look forward to a repeat visit. If we could do anything over again, we would stay longer! Thank you again!!

Wonderful house equipped to an extremely high standard, take it from me as a twice a year renter in PGI, this house is an A*. Comfortable, equipped to a very high standard we had no complaints whatsoever. Rob is an approachable and accommodating host too. Cannot recommend highly enough and hope to return sometime.

What a wonderful stay in Punta Gorda at this beautifully restored house. Very tastefully done from the colors, furniture, kitchen, landscaping and in-ground pool. The communication was excellent as well. The location is easy walking distance to downtown. We will definitely consider this place again when heading to that area.

House is in the perfect location. Walked in the mornings on the paths just steps from the home. It is the most clean and organized home we've stayed in. The floors are a gorgeous mid century modern design, stunning! Landscaping is gorgeous which makes the backyard a peaceful and relaxing oasis. Everything is just top notch. Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay in Punta Gorda! We walked to the farmers market, quick drive to fishermen’s village, super close to the airport. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults! Big bedrooms, great outdoor spaces. Will be staying again in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about this rental. This house is wonderfully decorated and so clean. I am a bit of a neat freak and I had absolutely no issues with the cleanliness of this property. Everything was very new and exceptionally clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all the fresh fish that we purchased locally. The washer and dryer were efficient and very easy to use. The carport was great because it kept our car nice and shady when not in use. The landscaping at this house is wonderful and amazing to look at. It brought a sense of serenity and calmness and we really enjoyed viewing it every day. The pool was an oasis. It was my absolute favorite part of this house. The landscaping, the fenced in yard for our dog, and the temperature of the water were absolutely amazing. It was the absolute best pool we have ever swam in. The shed was stocked with beautiful beach chairs and a brand new cooler for us to use that really helped us during our trips to the beach. We got lots of compliments on the chairs. Rob was nice enough to even bring a shark teeth catchers to use. He also brought us propane when we ran out. He was very helpful and communicated with us daily about places to go and things to get to. The beaches were amazing and we have never experienced such amazing blue water. Thank you so much for this amazing trip and we are certainly going to be back.

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, but none as good as this one. The attention to detail starts from the time you get to the front door-super easy electronic lock for entry. Once inside your in a super clean, well furnished and nicely decorated 2br house. Everything you need for a great vacation is in this house. Rob has thought of everything, from the labeled cabinets, to the snack basket and wine that will welcome you. Step out back to a very nice Lanai, swimming pool, peaceful and secluded patio with ample patio furniture, gas fire pit and grill. Loved the location, close to downtown, 1 block from an awesome walking/biking path. Neighborhood was quiet. I usually end a review with 1 thing that could be better but this time I can't, there is nothing that could be improved on this place-simply the best!
