The Staff was very friendly, the beds were very clean, and the pool was awesome. The breakfast was good. We had alot of fun.

The door to the outside had air all the way around it so it let some bugs in, and the air conditioner was very loud and old. Looks like they are trying to fix it up so I hope it gets better it was a nice stay other than those 2 things.

Stayed 2 night and all maid do is done trash and towels. No cleaning at all. We also had to park at front of hotel as hotel was selling our parking to concert goer and this is totally wrong as we reserved our room that had better parking than us. Shame on owners

See above. Renovation so poorly done. Window all filthy because thermo are broken. Walls thin. Mirror in bathroom chipped and old. Gap under door and breakfast was unthinkable.

To be honest if I could have gotten out of the reservation after seeing the room an pool I would have ran!!

You charge holiday inn prices 3.5-5* rating for a 0*rating motel 6 type service an cleanliness how do you get away with it?? I paid $160 for two nights!!! Never will I again!!

Breakfast from 6:30 through 9:00. Went down after 7:00 to find it dark, unattended. Came back about 7:40, found a waffle maker with no syrup, 2 yogurts and 2 sweet rolls,some bread. Pretty sad!

We choose hotels with breakfast for the convenience of a fast.start and to save money. Having to wait, then get almost nothing made the hotel a poor choice.

my 94 yo mother didn’t feel that she would be safe staying there. the front desk cancelled reservation and we left.

The room was large and very comfortable, and the staff (especially Raj) was great.

The flooring was loose and creaky. The towels were like sandpaper, and there was an incessant plumbing noise coming from the ceiling. I know they were working on the plumbing but this was not a normal situation, and it was pretty irritating. There was no information left about what channels were available on the TV, so we had to figure it out ourselves, and the reception on several of the channels was poor at best. There were NO sports channels available, and the MLB playoffs were going on, but I didn't get to see a single pitch. I don't expect five-star accommodations for fifty bucks a night, but there were things that could be better, and I'm less than inclined to recommend this place to anyone.
