This cozy cottage was perfect for a quick getaway! Everything was clean, organized, and made settling in a breeze. They even had a basket of toys for the dogs! Our communication with the property manager while we were there was easy; they made sure we enjoyed our stay. 10/10 ⭐️

Our family of 4 and pup really enjoyed our visit to Crescent Beach and the St. Augustine area and staying in this wonderful beach house. The location could not be beat with access in minutes to Crescent Beach on one side and access to excellent fishing on the Matanzas River on the other side. The property met all our needs and we appreciated all the pet-friendly touches.

I loved that they put in every important detail, and that they are pet friendly, The only thing I would have liked was to be allowed to leave later.

Beautiful home, decorated very nicely with a “Beach Vibe,” just how I’d decorate my house if I lived near the beach. Property had everything you need to cook your own meals. House is only a five minute walk to the beach and provided a beach wagon, beach chairs, cooler and a kayak to use. Property is very dog friendly with a huge backyard.

We absolutely love this place! The house was very nice and comfortable, the fenced yard was perfect for our little dog, and the neighbors was very friendly! All the amenities you need are there, and everything was in good working order. We will definitely be booking here again!!

Great place to stay to easily access the beach with a short walk! Well set up to stay with a small group of people. Super dog friendly, super clean, super comfortable. Only issue is the yard, porch, and driveway all flood in heavy rain, but luckily we were prepared to spend time in the water!

Property was exactly as described. Clean, two blocks to beach, easy driving distance to St. Augustine. Dogs were welcomed. Neighbors are friendly. Text message communication with management was very much appreciated. They are very responsive. Would definitely book again!

The house is very clean, spacious and very friendly, 100% recommended. The backyard is super spacious, and if you bring pets it's the best. The only observation that I could make to make the stay perfect is that they change the mattress in the main room, it shows that its useful life has already ended.

We loved the proximity to the beach! The online description was spot on for this rental. It is a pet friendly property, we didn't take a pet and we could not tell that pets had previously been there other than the toys and treats left by the owner for the pets to enjoy. It was a great place to kick back and enjoy the beach and St. Augustine for the week. The master bedroom is quite large; Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedroom 3 has a futon. The outdoor shower kept the sand to a minimum & the beach wagon was much appreciated. Lots of outdoor seating on the screened porch and on the patio beyond.

Pelican Landing is a great place to stay. The house is located so close to the beach and has everything you need to feel at home. We appreciated the pet friendly house and beautiful backyard. The house was cleaned perfectly and allowed for easy check in and out.

This was a perfect house for all our needs. We have a dog and appreciated how dog friendly the place is. They even stock dog treats. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the inter coastal. This place is definitely on our favorites list.

Our family enjoyed our one-week stay at this property. The location is close to everything. Short walking distance to the beach, and restaurants. Also if you like sightseeing St. Augustine is the right place. The house was clean and had everything you need. Our puppy liked the toys and carried them around. She was a little sad when she had to leave them behind. They had 3 bikes, one kayak beach wagon, chairs, an umbrella, and many more items. Also, beach towels if you need them. Also, a big plus you can take your dogs to the beach all day long. Altogether the first property in a long time we didn't have any issues. We definitely will be back.

We were looking online for a pet friendly home. I was concerned that it might smell like pets but was happily surprised at house nice and fresh everything smelled in the home. This is our first time bringing our dog on vacation. It really was wonderful. Having the fences in back yard and screened in porch were perfect. All the added amenities were great as welll and saved us money and packing space that was much needed when being a pet. The neighborhood was friendly, we met lots of locals. Being at a smaller beach without hotels was nice and less crowded. However, we were still only a 10 - 15 minute drive from St Augustine. Smart tvs made streaming easy. The only negative things were that one of the bikes had a bad chain and couldn’t be used, and they desperately needed a new frying pan. Other than that, we had a great stay and would rent this property again.

My family and I really enjoyed this property. So close to the beach and restaurants, we had an amazing time!

Pelican Landing in Crescent Beach was perfect for my wife and I and our beagle and golden retriever. The yard with a high brand new fence gave them to chance to frolic together without us having to watch them like a hawk. The location is perfect - one block to the east is the beach, and one block to the west is a small marina with a bait & tackle shop. And a block away is an ice cream shop and a pizzeria that had good pizza and even better toasted subs. The house was clean and well stocked. Definitely want to return and bring some more family members. Neighborhood is very laid-back and quiet.

It was awesome and relaxing. Note that whoever cleans the house, needs to do better. Previous dog hairs was left everywhere. I kept the house swept daily.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Crescent Beach. The home we are staying is perfect. It's warm and inviting. We have everything g we need to enjoy our time here. We were allowed to bring our two dogs and they are having the best time too. They have a great fenced yard. They home is very dog friendly. They thought of everything. We hope this home is available again next year.

We chose a home at the last minute, working with the company was good until getting in the home. The house was filthy, I understand having dogs in a home. You shouldn’t be finding dog hair in clean towels, under the sheets on the mattress cover, mud in the showers. We literally swept and mopped the entire house twice. The outside patio looked as it had never been cleaned, there were hair balls squished in the wall. We contacted them and spoke with Olivia by text message along with sending pictures. She said she could have someone come inspect it. No, the home should have been looked over by and actual cleaning crew. We booked another home the next day and contacted them 2 days later (Monday) to let them know we left. We asked for our pet deposit, the cleaning fee and Wednesday through Monday back. That gives them enough time to clean and relist and still have money from us. They offered cleaning fee and that was all. Even 4 days of reimbursement would have helped. Also the smell is horrendous, trying to cover dog hair isn’t the same as cleaning. Beware

We absolutely loved the house! It was so much more than we expected. The house was very clean and comfortable. The puppies loved the fenced backyard. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed, more than we needed actually. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and even beach towels had we needed them. The TV's all worked and offered Roku TV which was fun. The garage was overfilled with toys and goodies - a fishing kayak, beach wagon, belly boards, fishing rod, coolers, chairs, sand toys, a Moped (minus key), and lots more. The house itself is in a fairly quiet good neighborhood and a short hop across A1A to the beach access. In the opposite direction within walking distance is Genung's Fish Camp. We went there and saw sea turtles in the boat slip. A block away from that is a fishing pier on the Mantanzas River. We were able to see a manatee and dolphins within 30 minutes of fishing on the bank. The two smaller bedrooms are going to be perfect when we start bringing grandkids! Already stocked with toys and everything. Oh and the pet toys in the cute little bone shaped wicker basket? My fur babies were very upset I wouldn't let them keep them. I meant to add one to the collection and forgot. We were able to see a Spacex launch from the back patio, first for us. The only downside for these old bones was the full sized mattress in the master bedroom. I think it might need to be retired. We will be coming back next year!

Great location, plenty of space, screened in back porch is a fantastic spot to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. Garage was very well appointed with beach gear. Fenced in backyard was very important for our little dog. I will stay here again.

The house was nicely renovated and comfortable. Short walk to the beach is a big plus. Would recommend the house to others.

Nice and easy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Landing. The house has a great location and is very dog friendly. We especially loved the outdoor shower and hose to be able to wash off the sand on us, our stuff, and our dog. The house and property is well kept and clean. Definitely on our list of favorites!

Kitchen well outfitted and plenty of recreation items too.
