Very confortable aparment, well equiped with all you need, close to everything ( shops, reastaurants, big market, RER A, patiserie/cake shop, sushi), have very nice balcony, quiet location, welcoming host help with what we need, we will came back next year !

Really close to RER Station, easy to go to Eurodisney (10 min) and Paris (about 40 min to Central Paris via RER A). Very close to Carrefour with plenty of food options. There is also a Bakery, Pharmacy and some Restaurants around. Nice neighborhood, it feels safe even been outside Central Paris. Sofabed is comfortable enough for kids to stay a few days, better than the one shown in the picture

Even though it is all well explained in the apartment description, it is a bit dissapointed the late check in fees and cash deposit. You also need to agreed with a check out time for them to check the house and for you to get your deposit back. A bit noisy as they were doing some sort of refurbishment in a local down/close to the apartment. Still relatively ok, probably just a temporary issue while jobs are done.

Very good location, easy transportation to any part of Paris region. Bakery at same building, so freshly baked baguettes and croisans at several steps. Balcony view also romantic at night. All needed kichen equipment is there.

No conditioner, so when +35'C hot outside, you need to open windows at night, so more street noice (luckily ther are no any mosquito). Toilet and bath are separate rooms, and no any small sink in the toilet, so to wash hands you need to go to kitchen or bathroom.
