Parken vor der Wohnung ist gebührenpflichtig. Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin etwas laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern (plus Klimaanlage) unproblematisch.

Les chaises hautes pour des personnes plus âgées ne sont pas adaptées pour manger.
Le bruit lors de l'ouverture et fermeture de la porte de garage sous l'appartement.

Great location, easy walking distance to the center of town through a lovely park with play facilities for the children.

Easy parking just in front of the appartment ... not free but reasonably priced.

The 2 bathrooms, are attractive and modern, as are the other facilities
The only downside (and it wasn't dreadful) was the slightly noisy bedroom on the back side of the appartment.- the noise of the early morning train and when there's a shower in the neighbour's upstairs appartment. The other rooms are all at the front.

The apartment is huge, new and stylishly decorated, just a short walk to Besancon city center. It is equipped with good quality products. We slept very comfortably. The massage chair is a cherry on top. The bakery 100 meter away sells excellent croissants.

Fantastic location and well equipped apartment, great ti have an outdoor area to sit too.
The beds were a little small and the sheets should have been cotton but they were like flannelette which were hot and uncomfortable .

Location was great….easy walking to town and sites.
Toilet paper…very little…not stocked. Also no paper towels or napkins for the kitchen. A city map or directions would, have been helpful. We tried but never connected with the owner so no way to rate them.

New and well kept place where you have everything handy, with a bio grossery just 30 m away, on the ground flore of a quiet new development on the river bank. Easy to get in, good to stay.
For summer another A/C in the second bedroom wiuld be a big gain.

Superb apartment, beautifully done with an attentive host who helped me immediately by text with the air conditioning when I couldn't work it out (my fault!). I rarely give a 10 but this new property in Besancon is definately worth the price and excellent for families with a really good organic food store right next door as well. Well done!

I was a bit skeptical about booking it when I saw this apartment.
Because it's new, and it's just too good to be true!
There are lots of things we like about this beautiful apartment:
1. The location: The location was just a bit outside of the downtown, just about 15 minutes walk away. It's also near a nice park, and close to the river.
2. The parking: We were traveling by car. The parking is just in front of the apartment. Very convenient!
3. Beautiful apartment: Not only high-tech, but also very secure!
4. Lots of little extras in the apartment: Everything you need, or you can think of, are all there!
5. There are two bathrooms! It's perfect for us, the family of four!
6. There's a little Supermarket right next door with bio products which is very handy and convenient!
7. The hospitality of the owner(s): The owners of the apartment is a beautiful and warm hearty couple! They met us in front of the building, and gave us a tour of the apartment and explained everything! They put their heart into this beautiful apartment, and made us feel so being at home! They also gave us lots of recommendations about things to do, places to eat...etc.
Nothing we dislike really!

Spacious, very well equipped and tastefully furnished flat. We felt very comfortable. Communication was excellent. We only needed to walk across the bridge to get to the old town.

The apartment was clean and nice. Two big bathrooms. We arrived after a very long drive and it was a perfect place for us. It was no problem that we arrived late in the evening. The host was very nice and helpful, and was very fast at answering our e-mails.
