Everything was great. The food was nice, the staff was very helpful and very welcoming. The room was so nice and clean. We felt all the time very comfortable at that place.

At the breakfast were not all meals on the menu available.

Muy limpio y bien decorado. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas y ducharnos antes de ir al aeropuerto.

Lejos de los sitios de interés, en calle ruidosa y destartalada. Ventanas a una pared (estuvimos en 2 habitaciones, una de ellas sin nevera a pesar de que la descripción decía lo contrario). La supuesta piscina mide apenas 40cm de fondo, y está en medio del restaurante, con clientes y más de 8 trabajadores varones alrededor. Ducha sin plato, que mojaba todo el baño. Personal ineficiente y poco resolutivo. Restaurante pésimo. Aire acondicionado directamente sobre la cama.

Notre chambre était très confortable et propre. La literie était de bonne qualité. Le personnel très accueillant et arrangeant. Le rooftop est agréable.

Nous avons été un peu déçu par la "piscine", qui est en fait très peu profonde et située au milieu du restaurant du rooftop. Mon mari l'a utilisé mais pas moi. Le restaurant est agréable mais nous avons été un peu déçu par le rapport qualité/prix. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner car nous avons dû partir tôt.

Eine Kleine Oase in mitten der Stadt. Auch wenn es von Fort Kochi ein wenig entfernt ist, würde ich das Hotel immer wieder vorziehen. Einige Restaurants in der Umgebung, aber mir persönlich hat das Essen im Hotel ( Frühstück & Dinner ) sehr gut geschmeckt. Auf der Dachterrasse lies es sich angenehm sitzen. Die Zimmer waren genauso wie hier beschrieben, sauber u. Komfortabel ,vielleicht einfach darauf achten welche Größe es hat, wenn man ein wenig mehr Platz haben möchte. Der Spa ist sehr angenehm, kann Ich persönlich nur empfehlen. Letzt endlich sind es die Mitarbeiter die das Herz hier im Hotel sind, alle sind freundlich, hilfsbereit u. Zuvorkommen. Danke auch an George den Manager, der einem bei Wünschen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Für mich steht es außer Frage, wenn ich wieder in Kochi bin, komme ich auf alle Fälle wieder hier her!

Great hotel with lovely roof top restaurant and relaxing splash pool

Very clean and well decorated/furnished hall, clean room and comfortable bed, smooth check in, close to a few restaurants and a supermarket although difficult to reach by walk due to the busy street and absence of side walk.

The room was very small and dark, there were openable windows only a small one over the bed. Don't have much to say about restaurant and SPA facilities as we didn't use them.

The Staff are really great, I loved the cleanliness. The chef who literally runs the restaurant is excellent at his job, the massages are really good too.
