Comfortable room.

Very noisy position. Main road and traffic lights out front. Would benefit from double glazing to reduce noise.

Location was great. Close to where we needed to go for our stay and very close to the city centre and groceries etc.

Communication from hosts was rubbish! Thought it was a scam! I sent emails and called multiple times but didn’t get a confirmation of booking until 2 hours before check in time. Booking not as described. Although clean, beds only had ‘dress’ pillows so had worst sleep ever and a sore neck and back! Also no Netflix. Was able to watch Amazon prime only because some random didn’t log out of their account - poor form!

There was only one coffee cup when we checked in and it hadn’t been washed still had old coffee in it There were no tea bags or milk but then again there weren’t any cups to use anyway

The accomodation was clean. No soap or shower gel The bed was very uncomfortable it slopped towards the pillows and was very uncomfortable terrible little sleep. Extremely noisy. I would never recommend this accommodation

The pillows are really not acceptable this resulted in an uncomfortable sleep unfortunately The ironing board had been hung up broken obviously it was not picked up in previous cleans Outdoor seating would be nice unless the table has been placed inside as it’s an outdoor table ?? Car park gate needs some attention as we had to ring as unable to access

The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The off street parking was great.

Our room was at the front and was on a very busy and extremely noisy road, particularly on a Saturday night when we stayed. The garden fence at the front doesn't do anything to reduce noise. I would also expect that for a double room there would be shampoo and conditioner for 2 people.

The worst pillows l have ever slept on. Old, deteriorated and very uncomfortable. Not even a cold bottle of water in the fridge,,
