Atte was a very nice host. Everything was well organised : from the pick up to the departures, with the dinner, the sauna and the night in the cabin, it was a very pleasant moment and an extraordinary experience. we had chance to see northern lights.

The staff at the lodge were exceptional. From checking in, to booking trips, to cooking food, to taking us to the shops, to making sure we were all ok, to checking out. I can not explain how amazing this place is. If you’re reading my review……please visit! It WILL NOT disappoint.

The experience was good, the owners and staff were friendly and did explain to us about the property.
The dinner in the evening was average and over priced. It is not easy to get to the shops without transport, could suggest the owners to stock some ready to eat food for a cost in the office.

Esko and the team were amazing, they really made the trip. Even though we didn't see any lights, we learnt a lot about the culture and way of life, spent time in beautiful nature and enjoyed the unique experience of sleeping in a cosy cabin in the middle of a frozen lake. The main building with all the facilities was comfortable enough, the breakfast was basic but delicious and the location was far enough from the town to feel remote, but close enough to be about 25 minutes on the kicksleds provided by the property. Highly recommend catching the public bus to/from - much cheaper than the transfers and just as fast/comfortable.

Had the most wonderful stay at Lake Inari Mobile Cabin, highlight of our Finland trip. We saw the most stunning 180 deg long aurora on the first night of our trip!! We stayed in the new cabin, it was snug and we loved it. We did fishing with Atte on Day 2 and it was an incredible and peaceful experience. We even tried our hand at the snow sled which was fun!! Esko, Atte and Sari are wonderful, warm, incredibly hardworking people and Lake Inari is a fantastic and really authentic Lapland experience! Highly Highly Highly recommend for real Lapland insight!!

The most innovative cabin we have ever been privileged enough to stay at. The staff, Atte and Markku, are engaging and accommodative with generosity of spirit. Home made breakfast was served in a cozy common area. We enjoyed every second of our stay.
We did not just stay in a place - we also experienced the beauty of nature with the support of the team. This stay will be etched out in our memories forever.

Everything !!! Esko is so nice with everybody, he can tell you a lot of tips, tell you when you can see northern lights, where you can go, where you can rent some material. We took the dinner just once because 6pm was a little bit early for us but it really worth it ! If you don’t take dinner, you can cook by yourself. The breakfast is perfect, you have choice. We have been upgrade, it was so nice from him. And the best is to watch the northern lights lay in your bed, a warm place and not outside. Thank you for everything Esko, we will be back for sure :)
Nothing everything was just perfect

Esko is an amazing host. He upgraded our cabin & even provided us with a DSLR to capture Northern lights.
Breakfast is good, you have option to do sauna & kick sledging in the base camp for free.

The philosophy of the owner who has built these cabins is much needed today.
Nature is at the heart if everything.
more places need to exist like this.

At our arrival we were greeted by Atte, a professional fisherman. With whom we had an organized fishing experience on iced lake inari. I would describe him as an artist in what he does. He’s passionate about fishing and he’s very helpful and friendly. Right before dinner, we had the chance to try the finnish sauna outdoors with a dip in the snow afterwards which was quite an adrenaline rush.
We then had dinner together around the fire with our catches of the day and other exquisite traditional finnish food .
As soon as the sun went down we were tailed to the iced lake in our cabins which were then placed in a good clear spot, in search of northern lights. We were worried about temperature at first, being in such a small cabin surrounded by subzero, but the heating was great! and the room was cozy…what can I say…A MUST DO EXPERIENCE.
In the morning we were tailed back for a nice breakfast.
Last but not least, Esko.
The mind behind all of this.
He made us feel like we were at home away. We went skiing with him in the morning and he was able to give us a concrete idea of what life in lapland really means and the strong relationship there is with nature.
Highly recommend activities directly with them as these were the most authentic experiences we’ve had in lapland.
Thank you Esko, hope to see you soon

The staff was extremely friendly and we really felt that we were welcome. We saw some Auroras on the lake and enjoyed the wonderful landscape of Finnish Lapland. The ice fishing was a great experience too. Atte was so great guide and he prepared so tasty dishes from fishes of Inari lake.

Esko was a great host. There is a really nice, comfy and cozy common area, great finish sauna. We had a basic ski lesson from Esko, and he tought us a lot about the area and Finland in general. Sleeping ia cabine in the lake is very special experience.
Unfortunately we had to change cabines 2x because of the heater and a strong smel of gasoline inside of the cabine.

One of the best experiences of my trip, it’s an amazing experience slept overnight in the middle of the frozen lake with Aurora view (Not the best night but still saw some lights at that night). Our host and owner, Esko really friendly, helpful, and such a nice person, and our chef, Atte was an awesome cook that cooked a super yummy Moose Meatball dinner. Definitely will return again in the future and stay for couple nights. Thank you Esko, Sari and Atte for the wonderful hospitality.

The concept of these cabins is just outstanding. so much thought has been put into everything. excellent. Esko is simply brilliant and this is an artistic creation as much as a vacation rental.

the host Esko, the property itself and the opportunity to see the Aurora and the stars right from our beds.. was beautiful and a once in a lifetime experience

Great experience. Everything is well-organized: good dinner with other people near the fireplace, the toilets in the main building are very clean and the staff is super nice. Being moved by a snowmobile on the Inari lake, sleeping under the stars was wonderful and we also woke up seeing the northern lights!
Breakfast could be improved and, if I have to say, the price was a bit high (395€/night, because it was Christmas Holiday)

Caught some really great Aurora;
Sleeping on the lake was very comfortable
Optional dinner could've been bigger portions BUT everything is homemade and local

The thrill of getting pulled out to stay on the frozen lake was amazing. We got to see a strong showing of auroras, and as it was low season we got the place to ourselves as well as the owner, Eskos, full attention. He was hospitable yet not imposing which made the stay very comfortable. Kidsleds were available free for use which we took on the lake in the day. It made for a good workout.
There is a slight walk in the cold from your cabin to the base camp but can be considered part of the fun too.

Amazing experience with a feel like home vibe, beautiful log cabin with all utilities available at base camp. The mobile cabins were super cosy for a nights stay at the frozen lake.
The host was welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.
We had a great time and made an unforgettable memory.

We unfortunately didn't see the Northern lights, but that was due to cloud coverage and snow fall. I have to say being out on the lake and just experiencing the snow falling around your own private home was magical in itself. The cabins are placed on the lake in a way that you still have a lot of privacy. There's not much out there other than you, a few other cabins and the wildness! Absolutely an unforgettable experience and highly recommended. You get the glass igloo sort of deal, but alone a lake. Nothing beats that. The mobile homes are warm, immaculately clean and the dry toilet is perfect for a nights sleep.
The mobile homes were only moved onto the lake in the evening so before that you were welcome to hang out in the common area. The common area and shared bathroom facilities were beyond clean! I was actually taken back but how clean it was. I've done lots of backpacking so wasn't bother either way, but my best friend had never so she wasn't excited about the idea of shared facilities. However, in saying that they were by far the cleanest I've ever seen and very comfortable to use. They also have a Sauna they'll warm up for you outside which is a must experience also.
Breakfast - 10/10 Best we had in Finland. Nice selection and a choice of fried eggs or omelette. That was a welcome surprise!
The hosts are super friendly and the staff helping out also. They all eager to give advice and tips anything to make your trip truly unforgettable.
Nothing at all - would of loved to stay another night.

The location is excellent and the hosts are just superb! Perhaps I would recommend the place for its location but truthfully the hosts are so nice that I insist everyone with a spirit for adventure to visit this place. It really is a must do!
I liked everything!

One of the best accommodation on our trip! Every one of the staffs made us feel at home especially Sam (Thank you). It's definitely once in a lifetime experience to be living in the cabin that is so comfortable. Only regret was staying just 1 night because it was not enough! Definitely recommend staying at least 2-3 nights to experience more and making it more fulfilling. Even though it's co-sharing shower space, but it just feels like home and it's not too many guests, you will get to meet people all around the world in the common areas, exchanging experiences.
Will be more convenient if you drive to the place - we rented a car and thought it was a really great idea. However, they do also provide a bus shuttle or taxi services too.
