Ease of finding everything, location of cabin to main kids activities was perfect. Pool was cold yet perfect after a ride on the go carts. Ample facilities available for use.

Maybe upgrade Playground, a little too basic for age range 7 - 10yr olds.

Just the cleanliness. Dust on Fan Heater lamps not working in bathroom Oven left with previous guest with used dishes inside. Pest control (sharing the villa with cockroaches)

I booked and paid online at 6:30 pm confirmed arrival for 7:30 pm and get there to office closing at 6pm nobody answered after hours intercom or emergency mobile pretty pissed off slept in my car

Bathroom sliding door was detached from the rollers and was dragging on the floor. The bathroom vanity taps need new washers. The toilet cistern was leaking slowly which wastes a lot of water over time.

Park and pool outdoor facilities

Alot, the air-conditioning was so dirty I cleaned it my self!! It made us congested and left a coating in our nose and throat...it was full of mould and the filters blocked with a cm thick coating of yuck!! Duct taped up floors, siliconed holes in walls, a delux cabin sleeps minimum 6, we had a four seater table and 3 dining chairs. No spa, no TV in main bedroom, no smart TV, no full length mirror... $259 on a deluxe cabin...hhhmmm utensils are of shortage, no jugs for water or cordial. Mould on bedroom curtains filthy shower no disinfectant for kitchen no clothes dryers working and no sign saying so.
