The gentleman that show us the room was kind
The room smell terrible mix of perfume and tobacco. The bed for the dog was not clean. In the morning the noise started at 5am and the breakfast was terrible and the employee was very unkind and rude.

The pillow, I did not realize I should ask for others until it was too late. Was disappointed as there was no view.

It's lost on the side of a national road. Doesn't look great at first as it's really quite out of the way and the room was quite dark and pretty outdated looking but for one night it served its purpose: eat shower & sleep. It was very warm in my room thanks to a potent air-con reversible. Loads of hot water, huge bathroom and even a jacuzzi bath that worked. Bed was very comfy. The restaurant was good and quite cheap. And it was pet friendly. All in all a confortable overnight stay.
Breakfast (which was included) was succinct but if one wants to pay some extra I'm sure they will prepare whatever you wish.

It’s nothing to do with the hotel but my satnav went crazy round there and sent me into the middle of town, not easy to negotiate in a big car!
The wifi was good initially good but then I lost it and it didn’t come back as an option. Maybe it was a temporary problem.

There's a private parking behind the hotel. Breakfast is served from 6AM so it's very convenient if you are planning to leave early. Bathroom new and very large compared to what you usually get.

Restaurant and bar were closed in the middle of nowhere. They did manage to get me something to eat and drink. Breakfast poor.

Venta el Borrego is located in the middle of the Seraña de Mariola. Rooms were clean, well equipped, with air condition. There was a living room available for guests (with big tables, armchairs and fridge).
But one of the most important things was the breakfast. This place is popular destination for late breakfasts and lunches among locals. The food served there is amazing.

Very friendly staff and very, very good food in the restaurant. Also we think very good price for what you get on your plate. We are used to pay in Barcelona more for such a quality and good looking food.
The beds and pillows were too hard but this is a matter of each personal opinion/choice. We would appreciate more pillows to choose from.

Rooms basic but nice size, comfortable and clean. Beds very comfortable. Facilities good. Good food at a good price. Excellent waiter service. Easy situation and plenty of parking.
Only slight drawback for us was that the breakfast menu before 9 is limited.

On first view a bit basic, but functional and very clean. Great restaurant, breakfast EUR 6 - nuts, olives, omelets, beverage and coffee, very good, Dinner EUR 23 - three generously sized courses plus one beverage, great. Recommendation.

We arrived on a holiday and they were fully booked for lunch, but the English speaking waiter,who checked us in, went out his way to find us a table. We had the menu of the day which was absolutely delicious with great service. Room was was very comfortable in style of He hotel.
