My room had bed bugs and cockroaches. The whole place smelled like weed/blunts and had pretty seedy clientele. Customer service was good and the staff were nice but it was dirty and needs an exterminator. If not for the bugs, I wouldn’t complain.

Saw the reviews on the app and that is why we chose. Big mistake! Daughter alerted me to bedbugs and hotel only advised they would send maintenance to remedy. Asked about refund and was told since it was through the app there is nothing they would do. Didn’t offer anything else after that. Poor service, poor outcome. Hope the bedbugs didn’t make it home with us!

Check in was quick and friendly. The room was mostly clean- it could use a good deep clean though. There was dust around the edges of the floor/wall area and the bathroom could use a deep scrub and a coat of paint.

Had to cancel at the last minute, therefore losing my payment. Will not use Hotels.com again. Will go to the hotel site itself. Best Western said they would refund my payment if I had reserved my room thru them.

Appeared very nice. Room was also very nice. The huge lobby smelled like skunky weed which was too bad for such a pretty setting. Staff was nice. No issues. No elevator though.

The lobby was very nice, and our room was "acceptable"...but the heater/AC was not working nor was the thermostat on the wall. As it turns out, the unit was not plugged in at all, so my husband had to get down on the floor to try to plug it in which was no small feat. Then the TV would not get a signal. The hotel attendant had to come and get that all figured out. But what was most disturbing was the 2 roach-like bugs that I killed in our bathroom. Yuck!

The hotel looks so much nicer and fresh since its update. The drain doesn’t drain except after the shower is off, and some mold (?) in bathroom. I’ve stayed at your property several times, it’s my favorite location. Everyone is nice and helpful here.

Our issue had to do with the fishy smell in our room. We were too exhausted to deal with it. Also the toilet was slow.

A great price for a quick turn around. We needed a place to crash before hitting the road again. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. Breakfast had several options. It’s not a luxury stay by any means but it was a great value for a clean room and a hot breakfast for my family. The staff was nice and check in was easy. I would recommend this location to other families looking for a safe, comfortable stay while on a budget.

I wasn’t looking for luxury just needed to evacuate for the hurricane so I booked one of the very few places that has vacancies. I’ve never been checked in so fast less than 5 min from walking in. I wasn’t expecting the place to be the Four Seasons but I was actually surprised as how nice it was. I mean it’s outdated but but actually really doable. I’d stay here again even if it wasn’t an emergency situation just b/c it was actually clean. Again it’s it the Four Seasons but I wasn’t expecting that either. Great for the price.

It was a decent one night's stay, but the Riverside name was misleading. I did not find the lounge open, but an Applebee's was a short drive away. Breakfast was good. The room had a nice shower and a good television. The bed was okay, and the room was clean.

the room smelled like mildew. the sheets felt like there was so much moisture in the room. the town around it didn’t look the best at all. didn’t feel the safest. was extremely warm in the room.

The nicest continental breakfast I’ve had. Had a few extras that made it special… fruit for the waffles and sausage gravy and biscuits in addition to the standard eggs. Really clean dining area too.

Hotel was old, smelled of smoke, rooms were clean but had an odor of smoke/mustiness. Then we lost power for at least 4-5 hours with no concrete updates on what was happening. I e party in reservation had to relocate due to needing power for medical supplies. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

Funny enough, I’ve stayed here before but forgot. Everything was fine during my stay, it’s right off the interstate, not much around, and I’m still not sure if it’s a good location. Although I would stay there again. It just seemed somewhat isolated.
