Great stay nearby the main square. Room was spacious and well designed, the rain shower was great and they use products from Rituals.

This hotel is an example of man at the service of architecture: there is nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. In addition, they have cups instead of real glasses in the room, and the room was really quite dusty on the floor and bedside tables. I expected more....the service from the front desk employees was very good, but there was nobody available to come to my room to bring me real glasses etc

The room was comfortable with separate toilet from shower. The shower was forgetful and great. The beds were very comfy. I liked being able to use the exercise room. The hotel was extremely convenient for walking around downtown Clermont-Ferrand.

As usual another French hotel that advertises it has a restaurant, when in fact it is closed at the weekend!!

The + - The room was big enough for 2 adults and a baby in his stroller with a nice view on the mountains.- The toilet is separated from the shower.- No noise from street nor hallway nor from other rooms- Inside parking The -- The room was not very clean (lots of hair in the toilet and the shower, some dust in corners and in closet).- The hotel have no place to change the baby diaper even though the restrooms are big enough to put a table for that. I had to do it on the small table in the lobby :(- From the parking, you have to climb stairs to reach the lift that goes to the lobby. No way to do it with a stroller or heavy luggages and nobody to help you through.

The hotel was well located, with good parking. Friendly staff and all round good service. Highly recommended!

Personal items in bath room are taken and broken by cleaning person, probably by mistake, this could happen, but some employees in front desk really need a good training to learn how to communicate with clients in a such situation

The hotel was good and I had no complaint about anything. The only issue was parking which you had to walk 5 or 6 stairs with the suitcases before getting to the elevator. Also, there was a fee for parking which was annoying.

Very clean hotel in a quiet area. Had a family room which was big enough for us all to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great and set us up for another morning of driving

Just a stop between spain and belgium . Great stop.friendly people . Excellent room for tree persons.and everything very clean. We come back next year. Greatings.

Vheck in was quick, however the receptionist guy that helped us had no interest in being friendly. When we asked questions he responded very fast like trying to get rid of us soon. Not very polite I would say....and to me receptionists are the face of the hotel.

Decent room. Very clean and enough room for a family room. Having a separate toilet was really good. Parking is below hotel underground. Very convenient but expensive at €15 per night. Soon builds up. Similarly better value breakfast can be had across road at Cafe Universal.

Checking in and out of this hotel was very easy. The rooms were very comfortable, although on the small side, which we find normal for Europe. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have had anywhere. The room amenities were very good. The air-conditioning works very well. WiFi was excellent. Parking in the enclosed garage was easy and ample. We did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant.

Great hotel for stopover on route to the south, my only criticism is that the large bedroom window opened fully to a 100 foot shear drop to concrete, I had a 6 year old and 3 year old with me, had they opened the window the danger was huge to fatal injury.
