It has always been amazing for me everytime I visit Hong Kong. I get the previlige from Staff of Residence Club Lounge especially Ms Grace and Ms Kathy takes remarkable care of my comfort. I would love to recommend every visitor to saty in this hotel.

Good value. Walking distance to mtr. Food options nearby. Close to shopping areas in tsim sha tsui. Room was well appointed, the only thing is the hair dryer is so weak. Staff are efficient and helpful with requests. Bed is comfortable. Had HDMI port on desk to easily connect laptop to tv.

The staff is always amazing. I have flown from the US several times in the past 3 months. I always stay here. It's extremely clean, great location, and the staff is always incredible. The manager greeted us and said our regular room was ready for us. That gesture will keep me coming back every time in the foreseeable future. Thank you Oliver and Edmund for all you do for us!

Room 1109 is terrible, smell of smoke is so strong no matter how much air freshness you spray. The entire room and bathroom smell so smoky and corridor outside the room also smell smoky.

This is a Great hotel with great service, best location with a harbour view room, veru reasonably priced bar for this kind of upscale 5 star hotel. Only critique is very long wait time to check in. Be aware check -in time is strictly 3 pm . We had to wait a little bit longer.

The property is itself beautiful and clean. The staff this time was quite attentive and great on communicating with us. This was our third time there in 3 months. We would like to come back again soon.

The Lobby staff are very friendly and patient. King size room is super spacious which is very rare in HongKong. Great location and amazing view.

Close to the Hong Kong Harbour. That was the Only positive we could find with this hotel. Hotel staff was poor if you didn't have a Rolex they didn't help. Rooms were aged & hallways had a dirty musty smell. it felt dirty. there was no business centre in which we could use. My parents could not use the swimming pool as the side were to high to climb the ladder. A poor hotel in general.

The water pressure is unbelievable. The room is big but the bed is not comfortable as I thought. 1 negative is no free or refilled bottled water in the room. Other than that is good to stay. Easy access everywhere around.

The check in was great, but everything went downhill from there, room was not ready, so we changed to another room, went to the room, it was extremely hot, scorching hot at 30 degrees Celsius, we went out and let the room cool down, after 3 hours later we came back, it was 30 degrees. And we had to change to another room, then my wife took a cold water shower, it’s not because she likes cold water, the hot water was not available

Great hotel for a longer stay as the rooms are spacious and had all the relevant necessities. Polite staff and we liked the refillable water flask. We did notice the taps/drains and other parts of the bathroom hadn’t been descaled/had some yellowing bits, but perhaps this was just general aging. Overall a good stay in a convenient area near the harbour front.

The services is as good as always. The receptionists and other staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly. The room is also above par: newly-renovated, clean, spacious, and with good supply of essentials. The bedding is very comfortable too.

The hotel is at a nice area right by the port. Hong Kong is very clean place and the hotel is at a prime location next to all the food and shopping. The bed is really nice an actual king size bed
